HR at this place is awful, they offer you positions you didnt apply for, and make false promises about you possibly getting the one you apply for in 5 years. Given the turn over, it's likely that HR person wont be there in 5 years to honor such a promise. If thats how they treat outsiders, no wonder the staff are leaving in droves.

Been an employee here for 3 years and have seen this company grow and grow. I work with many passionate people who enjoy what they do, and love Neo's mission. Having lost my own mother to cancer, I truly feel like I'm making a difference helping others who are going through such a tragic thing.

No one in the billing department answers the phone!!! You leave a message and no one calls you back! So why am I calling the billing department? Because I got a bill for $446.69 for "FISH MANUAL - GLOBAL (Multiplex Probe)". HUH?????? And the bill says "We have not received a payment and your account is seriously delinquent". Thing is, this is the first thing I've ever received from these clowns. Who the hell are these people??? What kind of company is this????????

There is no place quite like this one! The company is completely invested in it employees, provides a postive, pleasant environment as well as top notch diagnostic lab testing services to its clients. Specializing in cancer.. the pathologists are talented, committed & a always creating various new testing methods to help detect even the rarest of cells. I would recommend this company to any Doctor, lab tech or individual seeking a position at a quality place. I would also highly recommend this place to any individual(s) or physicians office seeking the need of pathology/ laboratory testing.

A driver in a NeoGenomics van was driving down the highway eating a cheeseburger with both hands on the burger and no hands on the wheel. He was van number 25.

Don't make the mistake and over pay your account and try to get a refund from this company!! I overpaid my account by $70.00 and have been trying since August of 2012 to get my money back. The company is actually very nice...it is the BOSS that will not release the money to accounts payable to get my check mailed to me. His name is Steve Perry...I want my money.....!!!!!!!
