It’s not just SIBO or Candida...it may be H. Pylori or Parasite or low/high lactobacillus with leaky gut. But having now used this test as a practitioner for 3 years, so often it may be all of these issues and more!. The surprise of my career has been that GI or autoimmune symptom patients have come back with so many more layers of stealth infectious burden than I ever found using other stool tests (conventional or other). A challenge to treat sometimes but so much more permanent improvement. If your ‘Candida’ or ‘SIBO’ is always returning after treatment then you need the GI Map to help with identifying what is really going on. Also, good luck trying to heal a leaky gut without this resource. Worth the price.

I received this test kit from a local N.D. I paid for it when I received the kit. I learned over 10 days later that Fed Ex took 6 days to get it from my State to the Lab. Yes, it was in an urgent medical bag. No response from the Lab but the practitioner did refund my money. Very disappointed that the Lab didn’t make any apologies for time and money wasted.

I am a dietitian and I have started using the GI Map test in my practice and have found the test remarkable and the service spot on. My clients I mail the test to receive them in a timely manner and whenever I go over the report with one of the doctors they always are thorough and incredibly helpful. They help give me direction so I provide my clients with the best possible solutions to whatever may be showing up on their test. I've worked with other stool tests and this one is the most complete and most sensitive. I love it!!

I called to ask for the status of my labs and they were polite and very helpful in telling me when they would be completed. I asked for a copy and sent in the release form and I had my results in the mail 3 business days later. They are on top of it! Highly Recommended!

I use the GI map test with most of my patients and love the test panel. It’s changed my health and the health of my patients. Great customer service and educational webinars, etc.

I think the idea of this lab is wonderful but advertising part is not honest. My doctor found the results very beneficial so I am very grateful for it! But as of pricing, there is where the problem is. At doctors office I was told the test will cost $170 but after doing the test I got a call from the lab that unless I pay $350 (cash price) for my baby, it will not be processed. So I asked what will be impact with insurance and got an impression that it will be cheaper than cash price so I paid cash price for my baby and went through insurance for myself. I got a bill of $450 for my test couple months later:( the truth is: you will pay at least $350 for cash and I would suggest not to use your insurance because you will end up paying more. I complained to BBB and asked the lab for a price I was promised at the doctors office but the lab declined. I personally will never use this lab again because I felt ripped but if you choose to use it, keep in mind that you will pay at least 3 times more than you were told at the doctors office.

Ordered a test kit on 1-31. Am not going to receive the kit until 2-9. Really? How about contacting individuals to let them know you are behind. If someone needs a test, they can't wait 4 weeks to get it done!

After spending $423. for this test, I called the lab to explain something...their response was that i am on my own....and find a doctor to explain what ever question i have....they do nothing to help. These test results have done nothing to help me. Waste of money.

Regarding the previous review about clinical support, this is not a direct to consumer laboratory. This is a diagnostic laboratory with the test ordered by licensed healthcare professionals and all interpretation and education to the person being tested about their results is required to come through the managing healthcare provider. This is why the lab probably re-directed you to your provider. This is a diagnostic lab doing pathological associated testing and they cannot directly deal with the person being tested, as they are not your doctor. This is the most cutting edge molecular based diagnostic stool test in assessment of the G.I. microbiota that is available and I use it in my practice extensively. It has proven to be a key to helping many people with a myriad of chronic complex diseases.

Do not use this lab. There is no quality control . Same test repeated later was negative. Bills arrive a year later with no customer service.. Do yourself a favor and use a different lab
