Very good service and very Covid safe. Danny (Optician) was very thorough, professional and yet down to earth. Vicky was exceptionally customer centric and professional but also very pleasant. Store was clean, bright and well laid out.

Took my son, whom can be rather challenging, in today to pick his new glasses, the young lad helping (I'm sure his name was Martin but I can't remember sorry) was really patient and did all he could to help, didn't panic when my son ran out the shop with their glasses because he was having a mini meltdown, I really appreciate your patience, it made a rather stressful time for me a little more easy. Thank you also to the younge lass who bought over some stickers and fixed his current glasses.

Not providing gud services only appointment and appointments.. I am struggling with my eyes with them for almost 1 months now they are giving again eye test appointments on 29 then will take 1 to 2 weeks for glass creation.. not worth with them..

I was really worried about going to have my eyes tested but should not have been. Customers are let into the shop one at a time with sanitizer at the entrance. Seating is social distanced. I watched as equipment and chairs were cleaned between each customer and my optician could not have been more reassuring. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Awkward.
Must be hard for them, but very awkward being the only customer in store. Advised to come in then feeling like I shouldn't be there. Miminal help and advised (at the end of my time limit) that I wass on a time limit!
The manager should address staff morale and stress issues.
I will never buy specsavers again.

Went In with a contact lens problem which Farnborough point blank refused to help me as my lens check was 4 days overdue. Admittedly I am new to the area so was looking to transfer my account to a local branch. Thank goodness for Specsavers Fleet who the the absolute opposite of this place and couldn't help me enough. Such polar opposites so close in proximity. Guess my family and I were not worth the time and effort to gain our business. Oh well!! Specsavers Fleet it is!!

Great selection of designer and NHS frames for reasonable prices, I always use specsavers due to there great price and as a person who has varifocals, you can 2 for the price of 1 with 2nd pair varifocals free. I have both normal and sunglasses, both designer makes and both great prices. Definitely recommend, although I would like to point out that you may have to wait 2 weeks for your glasses to come especially with certain lenses. But that's a minor detail. Excellent work specsavers ????

First the positive - The optician performing eye tests is professional and inspires confidence that your prescription is accurate.
From then on it is all down hill at Farnborough. I was spending £300 on a pair of thin lens photo chromatic varifocals and specsavers failed on 2 attempts over 4 weeks to get the manufacture correct.
The staff are inadequately trained for anything but basic single prescription lenses. They undertake the eye, pupil and frame measurements etc but fail to discuss with the customer their requirements, particularly worrying where varifocals are prescribed as the banding between far, mid and near vision are critical and always customer specific to personal preference. There is no "one size fits all" formula that Specsavers seen to think there is.
I received no apology from anyone in the store for their tardy performance !
