Excellent quick service. Technician checked that the alternator was working and that it was definitely a problem with the battery. Replacement Battery fitted quickly and cost mr less than the last one i bought! I have also previously had my vehicles serviced at very reasonable prices.

I supplied my car as requested 08.15 for my car service MOT booked for 08.30
I said I was starting work at 17.00
I received a call at about 16.10 to tell me my car was ready for collection.
I arrived at the garage at about 16.30 having taken a bus from the town centre.
On arrival I was told that we were waiting for paperwork. I eventually left the garage at 17.10 NOT HAPPY. Late for work.
I will not be using your services again under any circumstances. One thing I hate is people telling lies.

I have always been weary about using nationwide auto chains such as KwikFit and Halfords. However, Halfords Autocentre at Worthing have been the go to place for my wife's car MOT for years now and they have always provided a professional, honest and timely service.
Yesterday I took my 26 year old Volvo to them for MOT after it being off the road for repairs for a few months. It was done within an hour and I walked away happy with a pass certificate. The MOT tester spoke to me as I was getting into the car and complimented the work that I had done. We will continue to use this branch for our car MOT's.
Additional notes on COVID safety, staff were seen to be wearing masks when required and the office only allows one customer in at a time.

They work to time and always call to.discuss any issues that they find. They can quote for the best of the best parts or budget to keep you rolling.

Went in for brakes to be changed guys and girls there were great,
when I left there another issue arose in the form of a rubbing noise from one of the wheels where there had been none before, I made a recording of the noise and took it back to the auto centre to be informed that it was definitely a rubbing sound but they couldn't find anything and suggested it was stones hahahahahahaha from when I drove out of your shop .

Second visit in 2 months to get a tyre repaired. 1st visit was told tyre was unrepairable and cost £85.00 for a new tyre as was emergency. 2nd visit today for another repair and once again told unrepairable.
As this was not an emergency I decide to try an alternative. Went to kwik fit and £25.00 later tyre was repaired.
Will not be revisiting halfords from now on kwik fit will be covering all my car needs.

I don’t know why I have never used Halfords Autocentre before, they were very efficient and it was such an easy process to have my MOT done. Bonus was the location, lots of shops and cafes. The staff were very helpful so I will have my service done there too! Thank you.

I contacted my usual main dealer about a small service requirement and found a somewhat uninformed response as well as a high cost quotation. In searching for an alternative I found the Halfords website, which answered my requirement and at a reasonable cost. Darrell at the Worthing Halfords Autocentre was excellent in taking this further and my appointment went through as stated with completion time as stated. Although a small job, I noticed the engineer giving the car a test run, which was reassuring. Well done Worthing Halfords Autocentre.

From a dodgy start with Halfords several years ago, my wife insisted I try them again. So for the last 4 years they've got better.
My recent dealings was over and above excellent. Ricky took my call after several rings, so they must have been very busy. He booked me in for one new tyre and an MOT. I dropped my car off the night before so they had all day to complete the work. It wasn't till 5pm the next day that I realised I hadn't heard back. I was being dropped off to collect my car so hopefully all was OK. I called and again it seemed busy, Ricky once again answering. Saying he was about to call me, yes my car was ready....oh but hold on.....it needs something, ill ring you back!
Well it was too late I was on my way and 10 minutes later I'd arrived.
Yes, they were very busy, I only counted about 4 staff members and 3 were mechanics.
Tyre ✔ MOT ✔ no advisories. So all good.
They deserve a fair pay considering the work they're doing.
I would recommend them to all.

we had a little hiccup involving our car when put in for a service on Saturday, just gone. Rikki went above and beyond to help rectify the situation which was just one of those things. His professionalism, customer service skills and the way in which he interacts with the customers was second to none. Came in for a free exhaust check, nothing to be found even though it was noisy, 2 days later another garage found a fairly good size spit in the centre pipe and was amazed it was picked up before. Dont think a free check, is much of a check!

Booked the 8:30am slot for a tyre check as I had a flat tyre. Got there to be told they don't know when they can have a look and they would call me later in the day. Went to kwik fit with no appoint. Had the car back in an hour , fixed. The staff at hakfords were really lovely. Nothing to do with them it's just the company I was disappointed with.
