Service and MOT... turned into four days without car, misinformation, being informed at 4.30pm of problems with parts that were needed but had not been remembered... turned into £1800.00 bill!!! Never ever ever ever again.

Had a car MOT done here a couple of weeks ago.
Dropped the car off and an hour larer it was all done.
Staff where friendly and professional.
To my suprise there didnt seem to be any attempt to upsell for unnecessary work as you often get in the fast fit centre's.
Would happily recommend to others.

Went for a quote, the checking if car flowed smoothly. However I could not get a quote because their system was done. We agreed that I would be emailed the quote when system was up. Called 24hours later, system still down, did not call day 2 as I had been expecting halfords to call, 72 hours later I called, my quote was not yet ready but the helpful gent offered to get me the quote and call me back.
He called back with some numbers, I asked for quote to be emailed but he could not do that, he did however offer to print out quote so that I could come pick it up. I was too busy so drove to Kwik-fit near my house, showed them the result of my check at halfords and have now booked car to be repaired there.

Took a week to diagnose injector fail. They didnt didnt even have starting spray. After changing 3 of them they messed with the bolt and another 10 days some team to clean the mess they've done. They didnt even give me my old injectors as I requested.
My car is broken in France - same injector is blown out and guess what? Their arogance said bring the car back from France and we will take look. Cost me another 300e to fix. Warranty they give - useless
