Took two dogs for grooming appointment doesn’t look like they had anything done to their fur except a shampoo. Won’t be going again very disappointed

Local petstore with a vets and groomers inside. We make use off all of this at the store and are usually very happy with the services received. Waiting times to pay are usually very quick as they will open another check out if there are lots of people waiting. Somethings in store are pretty expensive but it really does depend on what you are buying.

Even though we have moved to Gloucestershire we still come back to use the groom room. Staff are so friendly and professional and always do a fantastic job with my cockapoo. The vets are also amazing, Ben is a great vet! Love this store!

Shame you cannot select 0 stars or less.
I have a 210 litres tank with 20 tetras. Tried to buy guppys and the assistant manager Shelby and her 2 shop assistants REFUSED to sell them to me without a photo of the tank.

So just been to buy my son a fish for his birthday. To be told by a teenager that the fish would out grow the tank, its 300lts and it was a shabukin ffs. They really have no clue what they are doing falling back on training they have been given which is totally indaquate. There were fish there covered up as they were "under treatment". These fish all share the same water so all the fish should have not been for sale. Massive hyprocrites, I'm so angry. Never left a review anywhere before. Next they will be asking for your EA site no and demand a section 30. Idiots!

Our local branch offers food, treats and toys for our furry friends as well as a vet and groomers.
The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Amanda in the Groom Room who will make every pet feel special regardless of if they are visiting for a pamper or just a claw clipping.
Ample free parking.

Excellent vet dept. Manageress thinks that it acceptable for the drinking bowl outside to have a green mould ring around it . When it was pointed out to her. The same woman also thinks it is ok to take a carrier bag which customers get charged 5 pence for , to pick up her own dogs mess. I actuallt witnessed this myself . The star rating is for the vets practice and the other lovely staff we have met whilst attending the wonderful vets practice. From what we have witnessed. The groom room also do a great job.
