this is a great place to go to if you want a pet or any supplies for them. The staff talk you through things about caring for your pet and what things are best for it. they also spend as much time as you need and at the appropriate time when you are looking around they help another customer. we were served by Tom and he was genuinely caring towards animals' welfare over company profit. i gave them five stars because you can ask them many questions and they always answer at the correct speed and make sure that it is very clear and easy to understand.

Good first impression. We weren’t keen on speaking with anyone, we wanted to just fly through the store see what’s in there and lovely staff started talking and really was the nicest and the most informative!

We only came in to pick up some treats and I traduce our puppy to a shop, to find that we're so warmly welcomed, received an absolutely ton of valuable information on suitability of treats for the age of our puppy without any obligation to purchase. We visited this store yesterday to buy a hamster and had such a lovely experience. The store manager (sorry I’m not sure of her name) was so fantastic, gave us lots of advice on how to handle and look after the hamster along with being really friendly! Would definitely recommend! Xx

Popped in the day before my puppy arrived and wished I had gone in weeks before. All my questions answered instantly, would have saved me lots of agonising about what food, what size collar, what size crate etc. Very knowledgeable shop assistant, owner of multiple dogs herself and really appreciated her down to earth advice. Also full of tips about insurance, vets etc- she really gave me a lot of her time. Thank you

We visited this store before homing our adorable little 2 year old tabby. We were seen by Liz who was incredibly helpful telling us all about different beds, food, toys, litter and so on. The store itself has a good range of items, and the pricing certainly seems competitive with the likes of Amazon for many things. Thumbs (paws?) up from me.

All staff very helpful and give good advice if you need help. Special thanks to Tom for being a good listener too when discussing the complicated issues endured by my elderly cat. The shop is always spotless, has a great range of non-food items required by pets and wildlife of all shapes and sizes, as well as staple and special foods. The layout of the store makes it very easy to find products if you are in a hurry and the availability of parking space is a bonus. Thank you!

My husband and I went to the shop to check what we need as we were going to adopt a cat. We were quite lost in what we needed or what we can feed our new cat. Liz went beyond and explain to us the basics items that we need to have an indoor cat. We are very happy with our visit and we will see them quite often! Thank you Liz!

What a great pet shop with a wide range of products for your pets. The staff were so friendly and helpful and advised us on the best food for our 10 month old cat. Our cat liked the food and it was gone in no time.
We certainly will be using this store as our prtshop of choice from now on. Well worth a visit!

My family has collected our very first puppy today! In preparation, I visited your Shepherds Hill, Woodley store last week, where I met your employee Liz. She was amazingly helpful and knowledgable and I learnt a huge amount from her. I returned to the store this weekend with our whole family and again received excellent service and advice on which products we would need. Liz was great too at including my children in the discussions and took the opportunity to educate them too. I have just returned to buy the dog food used by our breeder and Liz, and indeed the other staff, were very excited and interested in our new addition - which was lovely! Liz is a fantastic ambassador for your company and I cannot praise her highly enough.
