I bought a 2000 Alpha Romeo Spyder from Harry last week. I live just outside Edinburgh so everything was done by phone and WhatsApp. Harry MOT'd the car and carried out some improvements without difficulty. The car arrived and is just as described. I was left disappointed with my experience of Berkshire Sports and Prestige. I had booked a test drive that required an hour's journey, I was almost at the appointment when I received a half hearted text that the vehicle had been sold the previous night. The follow up phone call with David was unsatisfactory and I would say their customer communication was not up to scratch. An unfortunate waste of time and not a service that I would recommend.

Bought a Range Rover from Matt, I looked around for months looking for my car and believe me I looked!! , I took a trip up the motorway ( one and half hours) The car I bought from Matt is superb... The service I received made buying this car pretty damn enjoyable.. All I can say is these guys love cars ( proper boy toy, life changing cars) priced right because the cars are right.. Just bought a Porsche Cayenne from these guys, can't praise them highly enough, Matt made the whole experience very easy and a joy, from test drive to purchase and after sales service. The few minor issues we picked up on during our test drive were sorted exactly as discussed they could'nt be more helpful.
My reason for choosing this garage was because of the previous reviews we read, I have to say that so far they have fully lived up to my expectations

Very nice and understanding guy, I went to see a car, and very relaxed throughout, no pressure or anything, unfortunately I didn't find the car was for me, as there were too many blind spots with my ability (I'm disabled), so I didn't get it in the end, shame as it was a very nice car, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy if the right car came up again.

Bought a car recently from Whytehall Car Collection and Matt here handled the entire aspect of the sale from start to finish faultlessly. It actually made the process of buying a used car not just bearable but enjoyable. Used car salesmen come in for a lot of stick but Matt is single handedly trying to change this one sale at a time. I travelled 200 miles to buy a car from him i'd never even seen or driven. So as endorsements go I think that's a pretty good one.

I recently brought a Range Rover Sport from Berkshire Sports and Prestige and I have nothing but praise for the way in which the purchase was handled by both Matt and Harry, the sales executives.
Having looked at several cars in different garages, I found exactly what I was looking for in terms of spec, condition etc for the price I wanted to pay. I part exchanged my Freelander 2 and the guys gave me a very generous allowance towards the Range Rover. The communication from the guys throughout the transaction was superb and they kept me informed all the way from agreeing to buy, to taking delivery. The car was fully inspected to full RAC standards and it was serviced and valeted before I took ownership of it.
Unfortunately, after a few days a fault developed with the air suspension, which could not have been foreseen, a quick call to the guys and it was in, fixed FOC and back on the road in 2 hours with no fuss at all, in fact the guys could not apologise enough -superb customer service!!!
Would I buy from here again? absolutely !!!!

I asked harry at Berkshire sports and prestige to find me a Audi A5 in my budget as they are a local garage and I had spent weeks looking for a car and within a week he found me a car we agreed a price and when I turned up to see it it was as described and I bought the car . Excellent service and as I said I will be back to renew my wife's car
