They charged me 2.16 Pound for 1 page B/W print (A4 size)
They charged me, out of the blue 2 pounds extra for printing 1 page B/W. They said it's 16 p and then when it was all done they just added a £ 2 fee for it being from a USB stick.
@Rayman - If you say you are sorry, prove it by just refunding my card payment without further discussion. I don't think you will. But if, I would be very happy and accept you apology.

Absolutely the best Ryman shop I have ever been as a Londoner. The team is super helpful and always in a great mood. It is fantastic to see how they work together and how much they care about their customers. It is always a pleasure to walk-in and get stuff done with these guys. Highly recommend them for anything. I have been a customer for 2 years.

Rude workers that they tease your face.
I went to print a single page in black and white, and they charged me £ 2.20. When I claimed he told that £ 2 was just the service charge.
The worker took my flash drive and went through all the folders when I specified that the document was outside.
He made me wait for more than 5 minutes because he spent time talking to the delivery man about personal things and parties.
I will never go back to that place or recommend anyone to do so

Rude and unhelpful staff. I asked for a box file as they were out of display. The staff took a pile from their stock room and handed all over to me. I need only 4 pcs, but I was misled when I bought and pay 4 packs thinking only 1 piece per bundle. I returned it back and they seem not happy about it. It’s their job to place/replenish stock in the shelve in the first place, and not giving all of them to me to put them in the shelve myself.

Ridiculous.... I have no idea why the hell do they charge 2 pounds as service charge for simple b/w printing. A print out which is not even worth of 0.10 p, I had to pay whooping 2.32 pounds for just 2 print outs. Definitely exploiting customers.
