This is our first visit to Beacon Hill using the Lower Car Park. Wonderful place for a beautiful walk . Car parking reasonable, with toilets and a nice cafe at this car park. A great walk up to the beacon a little steep but nice paths. What a view when you reach the top.

Reasonable price parking (pay on exit). Nice cafe and a variety of walks including pushchair and wheelchair accessible. Small adventure playground for kids. Carved sculptures along the woodland trails. Beacon Hill us a 2 mile circular walk. Great views and the Old Man rock formation add interest too.

This park is great for all ages, there are level walks with good paths or for the more energetic you can climb the hill. There are play parks for the little ones and open areas for ball play. There is a new cafe serving drinks and snacks at a reasonable price.

Love it here lots of space and the forest is beautiful in all weathers . There is a cafe serving take away drinks . Does get very busy at weekends in both park and cafe . Have been coming here for many years and all season's.

Good place... Bit beware if meeting a friend there are two separate car parks and the signage does not make this clear.

Such a beautiful place to visit for a peaceful walk. The car park was really quite full when I arrived but due to the size of the place I probably saw less then a dozen people whilst out walking. This place is really worth a visit if you want some peace and quiet.

Wow, what a lovely walk from the bottom to the top. The views on a clear day are outstanding. There are toilets but they close at 16.30

Beacon Hill is a lovely place to go for a long walk with some stunning views. The Upper car park has better view points, but the lower end has the cafe and a labyrinth for the kids.

Love having a stroll here with my kids & 2 dog. Can be very busy though at weekends & 2 school holidays which isn't so good if you like your dog to run off lead. Parking is terrible at peak times.

Visited on a beautiful autumn day. Cafe not open (was a Monday) but able to enjoy a socially distanced picnic with four friends on benches provided. Had a lovely walk in the woods. Car park charges not excessive and pay on exit, card or cash.

Good size car park, it just isn't clear around the way you leave, and marked spaces are not clear

Nice country park, with well maintained paths, and good views. Only 1 ticket machine though, so be prepared for a long wait in a que to pay

My favourite place to walk! Stunning scenery, good paths all around the perimeter and off roading tracks through the woods. We loved the Labyrinth and the wooden sculptures. A large car park, two play areas, a cafe and toilets.

It's a car park; you can park your car here if you provide sufficient coinage. Handy for Beacon Hill, less so for Cheshire Oaks.

Roughly £3 to park for a couple hours. Machine takes cardand cash. Some good walks around the area. Buggy and wheelchair friendly although obviously a hill to climb up. There's a cafe at the lower car park (only takes cash) and areas where you're able to bring your own bbq. There are often horses going along certain areas of the lower car park so definitely keep dogs on leads. There's also cattle roaming free at the top of beacon hill at certain times of year.

This place is full of things to see and do. There is a nice play area for the kids and a beautiful Labyrinth - a path winding through twisty trees which is like a tunnel.

Just near enough home to be local under current guidlines. Not too busy and restricted cars into the car park to restrict numbers I guess. Sanitiser at the pay station also. Cafe been built since was last here so more a family environment now. The walls around here never seem busy so a good place to escape to presently.
