Great for a stroll in the woods on a sunny day. There is a play area for children and a labyrinth which is great fun.

The council spend many thousands of pounds on a ridiculous entry system and charge a huge amount without providing anything new or doing much maintenance in return for the expensive parking fee. The play area is tired, the labyrinth is barely fit for purpose and needs totally re-doing.

Loads of space with free pick up - drop off within 10 minutes (although the sign is hidden). Good amenities with the availability of toilets, picnic benches, a small playground and built in bbqs.

Use this car park if u want to go uphill or else go to upper parking, luckily now you can pay by card and contactless, over the top parking entrance barriers though
