Shortage of staff. Chaos all the time. Staff turnover is too extreme. Size of public toilet is tiny. The kitchen for the nursery is horrid. Huge Garden is not cleaned properly or maintained with professionals. Staff have complained about thier working hours being too long, guess that's why they leave. Look after your staff who look after the children.
