Impressed with our first visit. We were able to take the car in to be looked at, and the issue was identified, subsequent work carried out and fixed all in the same day. Good communication from the garage. Would recommend and we'll be using them again in the future.

Rang the garage as my car was making a funny noise when driving. Not a customer nor ever have been, and they still have me in straight away. Sorted the car out no question straight away and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and reassuring. I’ll be changing garages!

Very poor! Took my car for an MOT, it failed but they let me take the car away without telling me that it was dangerous and I had a blowout less than a mile from the garage! When I phoned and complained they made out that they had told me not to drive it because it was dangerous but they gave me the keys! Would never go back again and certainly would not recommend it ????

Rear discs and pads on mk 2 picasso 2014, changed in 1.5 hours flat. I supplied pads and they supplied discs at a mere £25 per disc (quoted £88 per disc at kwik fit). Total charge inc vat £160, extremely happy ????

My car decided to spring a leak on the way to work. The RAC took me here and they did a great job. Quickly sorted the problem before the end of the working day and I was able to drive home that night. Wasn't particularly cheap but they did a good job and I recommended them to a friend afterwards for a service.

I was recommended R M Services by a colleague when we moved into the area 4 years ago, and have been very pleased with all the work they've carried out on our cars. Everyone I've spoken to at the garage is friendly, and they have done a really good job of looking after my cars: from carrying out regular services to fixing the variety of mechanical failures my latest car has had over the past couple of years, everything has been completed on time and to a top-notch standard.
I'd especially recommend them for their integrity - they don't suggest unnecessary work just to drum up business, unlike a local main dealership who tried to sell my wife new brake disks and pads when they still had 5-6k miles left in them. I hope they'll continue to look after my car, along with my wife's car and my mother-in-law's car, for many years to come! (EUH)

I've been using RM Services since 2013 and they have always delivered a great service. I use them for both of my family cars and (touch wood) I've never had any issues issues with either. Great value considering the service you receive. RM Services have always managed to fit me in within a few days of making the call. The courtesy car is topnotch and available meaning you don't have to worry about getting to your next destination once you've dropped your own car off. I would definitely recommend RM Services ahead of other garages I've used in the area.

On Friday 30th of August, I went to R.M services after a recommendation from a Halford's staff member. My car had started to jerk terribly and the engine light had come on. I was over an hour away from home and getting a bit desperate, as I could not find a service centre that could help me on such short notice! Despite being super busy, the guys at R.M were really kind and helpful. They diagnosed the problem within minutes and I was back on the road in under two hours. What fantastic service!! I cannot recommend them enough :)

I have been using Roger and his team for many years now and would definitely recommend R M Services. They provide excellent customer service and all at a very reasonable price. They seem to be able to cope with everything from high end exotica to the more mundane, with equal professionalism. Their feedback from the Good Garage scheme is the 2nd highest in the country, which shows they must be doing everything right. Ignore those 2 reviews from 5 years ago and go and see for yourself and see why they get all those 5 star reviews. You won't regret it.

I have been using RM Services for at least 15 years and have always found their servicing and maintenance to be honest and reasonable. If you don't need something doing, they won't do it. You always get the old parts back that confirms that they have been replaced and I have never ever felt cheated or ripped off. After failing to do what is normally a straight forward DIY job i.e. change a headlight bulb, I went to RM, where I should have gone to in the first place and saved myself an hour of frustration accompanied by unsightly (and painful) scratched wrists! Technician Ben quickly established the problem, corrected the faulty clip and had my car up and running in minutes. Over 40 years, I’ve got used to having my car issues sorted fairly and efficiently at RM Services. Many thanks to all the staff.

If you are prepared to travel upto 100 miles to visit a garage just to get a MoT, it musst mean that you will return for repairs and servicing. Well that's what i'm prepared to do as this IS THE BEST GARAGE I know of - dont just take my word for it - they are top of the Good Garage Scheme. Proffessional, courteous, honest and genuine - I have recommended them tofriends and family alike who are now also their customers. Go there once and you will go back!
