After bad experiences with Halfords before I was a bit reluctant to try another branch, but the staff here are lovely. No pressure to get work done, offered a range of options and were very helpful and understanding, Steve & the lady (sorry I didn’t get your name) were particularly helpful! The work got done super fast so will definitely be coming back☺️

Have been using this Halfords Autocentre for about 4 years now. Always do great work. Trustworthy as they don't do work that is not necessary. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Have no hesitation about recommending them.

I rang round several different tyre fitters before choosing Halfords. The reason I chose them, they were courteous, professional, and one of the most reasonable. When I got there I was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. The job was done well and quickly, especially as they were so busy.
I will definitely be using Halfords in Loughborough again.

There was a glitch with the online booking system so when I showed up they had no record of my booking. They scheduled me for that day anyway and were quick and professional. The prices were competitive with other garages in the area and turned out to be less than I aas expecting to pay. They even let me keep my broken coil spring to show other people! Great work and I think the free checks that halfords offer are a great idea for people on a budget.

First they told me I didn't need any additional parts for my Thule roof rack.
Then they changed their mind and misidentified the correct part - which they didn't have in stock and would have had to order in.
Ended up sourcing from an independent retailer who immediately identified the correct part and at a cheaper price!
