Really good customer service recieved from Karl All work carried out on my car was completed and extremely happy with!
Only grumble would be with the cleanliness of the courtesy car was very dirty and dusty.
I Understand with covid etc less people touch reduces the risk but surly a clean car reduces it more.
Other then that excellent ????

Scratched my partner's car and didn't have the decency to tell us about it. Luckily my partner noticed it and reported to the manager, only then they promised to call us back to arrange a repair in a few days time. Never called us and we tried calling them a few times to no avail, finally we had to call Mazda UK Central to report it and then someone called us to arrange the repair

Went in to get my wing mirror checked over after being broken off, the manager (sorry forgot your name!) was super helpful, kindly came out and checked it out in the pouring rain and was very professional and lovely, fixed it right up! Would reccomend to anyone, great service. Thank you!

Visited today to look around we walked around but didn't stay long as hardly any cars had the details about the car itself ie..milage, info of whats included & just general information we wanted. We had been to the kia garage round the corner + sandicliff Leicester & they had it all on a sheet stuck to the windscreen so we were disappointed and went else where but they did have a good choice of cars but it needs addressing as we don't want to be going inside the showroom to ask!

I used them to sort out a deep scratch on my car. They did a first rate job on it. I am very happy. You wouldn't be able to tell it was ever scratched. If I ever need a body shop for my car again (hoping that I don't!) Then I would definitely use them again
