During my whole history of using cex, I had a couple of issues (problem with 2FA and pending of card’s verification), so the service is not absolutely perfect. However, all my problems were resolved, so I keep on using it for three years already.
A couple of words about the app… First, it is really native in use I basically didn’t need any instructions to get how to find all i need. A special thnx for exchange option, it saves a lot of time. Compared to placing market orders, this is an ultra-convenient way to exchange currency. Yesterday I exchanged 75% of my ETH to XRP in two clicks.

Absolutely in shambles, after driving customers towards their exchange and using it a fair amount from the years 2017 to date the service has gone downhill, incompetent support suggestions, no one to to talk to on the phone and a phoney system ridden with bugs and glitches. Used to be king in 2017-2019 and now its a shell of what it once was.
