Do NOT USE THEM! They steal your money! I have a useless piece of paper with a code that cost £100. The £100 voucher is blocked “for securtity purposes” I already sent them my passport. Then they wanted the passport + paysafe in 1 photo. I also sent it to them. I am already a verified customer but I still cannot use the £100!!! No phone number to contact them at all.

you are a company that does not deserve your customers in Denmark. without having a phone number to be contacted if there are any problems with the card code if it does not work. I hope you do something and pay more respect to the new customers who use paysafecard .

Hard to get hold of !!!! Seem to change the name presented on our customers DD from Paysafe Financial to Optimal Payments when they feel like it! No wonder our customers cancel their DDs !!! Also claimed this months DD on the 12th , it’s due out on the 1st!! I struggle to run a Health Club business with this company as our DD provider !!

I refer to their sub-company "Skrill", which is an online payment service.
I tried to get my money out of the skrill wallet by using my credit card which has to be verified in advance. After i did the verification correctly, the systems tries to verify my credit card again when i want to order my withdrawal. Another way to get my money would be a bank transfer which costs 5,50 €.
The company tries to hold the money as long as they can - or, if you need it earlier, you have to pay the high fee for a bank transfer.
Use paypal - its really more uncomplicated, and they dont charge you for withdrawing money!

not even worth a star but have to as goggle won't let you put 0. Terrible company do not use. only use coz i have to as use wodify and this the only company that collects direct debit for them.
Have other companies linked to this company and the whole set up is so bad. DO NOT USE.
Customer services are terrible as well. When could not help me i asked to speak to a manager and was told i am not allowed. terrible.

Neteller is bad services unde Paysafecard. Bad quality, bag services, very lazy, not good. I dont recomend to colaborate with this company for safe money. I try more times to withdraw my money in bank accout, but nothing. I think i lose my money, and waste more time. One week for validate card, validate bank acount, validate one deposit bank transfer. Stupid men! On bank is very fast, and this Paysefacard is not bank. Is some litte compani with services like shet. I dont like. I hope someone will help me. Thanks so much!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MERCHANT SERVICES! They will rip you off, they will not protect you, they will steal your money, then they will close your account and charge you $1000 bucks! Bad company bad customer service and thief's! I never give anyone reviews but this company is BAD trust me!
