Although the prices can be very good for parts, in my experience, EuroCarParts have hired some of the most unhelpful staff I have ever dealt with. Extremely slow in store and have also seen them be very rude in store. Also very unhelpful over the phone with a tone that gives off, “I’m busy telling a story, call another store”

3 stars because they have poor customer service and very sloooow to get what you need even if you had ordered it online.

They have very good prices and discounts but customer service is poor at most of the times. Reserved items online, waited 15mins outside, almost 20mins inside to collect my items, simple order with 2 items but took 20mins to get them. Only one staff at till working, nobody coordinating/ expediting orders. Warehouse teamx4 outside smoking, w/o orders coming through, no social distancing between them, customers backlogged inside the shop. If customer service improved, will consider using them again, otherwise avoid unless you have 1hr of your time nowhere better to spend.

Tried to charge me a deposit for new parts, returnable (possibly) when you give them your old parts. If the old part is damaged you lose the deposit. They then sell these, reconditioned as new and charge the next chump a 'deposit' too. Oh, and only collect if you have a spare 3 hours and inexhaustible patience. Just go to dingbro or halfords instead.

Visited he Aberdeen store, even tho it was busy I was served really quick and wasn't in there long. The staff are really polite and cheerful. Sean who served me was kind and really helpful with my questions. I would visit the store again

I’m not happy with their services and price
1 click & collect services - we go to collect the order waiting ages to be ready . Not enough staff to handle the busy
2. When you order online ( most of the time ) parts are wrong event though our registration suggests the suitable parts for the car , sometimes purchasing from counter , same mistakes happen . This is not rare incident. Usual , I have seen lots of disappointed customers.
3. Price - they try to printed that they are cheap .advertising 50% , 40% discount code . Obviously, they increase the price sky high, when we apply discount code price are bit higher than normal price in the market.
Current discount code is - frosty80- I have PEUGEOT partner - fuel filter (mann) list price £53.00 after discount £33
But normal price in the market £27 ,these days lots of discount. Can get it after discount for £22
Example is for one product, there are many more products like these .

Wide range of products and reasonable prices, unfortunately the slowest service ever!
This branch seems to be in serious need of management change, absolute disorder!
Waiting time is way beyond aceptence whenever you go there!
My last experience; was fourth in the queue to collect my online order, which was supposed to looked out and ready... well 40 min waiting time!
At Screwfix or Toolstation this would have probably taken about 5 min even for multi-line orders.
However what hacked me off the most was this, after maybe 25 min of waiting some guy parked right outside the store, he didn't even come out of his car, he then phoned his pal from inside the store on loud speaker and told him what he needed and was told to pay online, after maybe 5 min some skinny fella came outside, walked over to his car and handed him all his items.
To me that only shows IT IS POSSIBLE to speed things up a bit! ... if you care of course!
As for returns for items ordered through online accounts, why do you still need paper invoices??? You should be able to get all the information you need from my account??? isn't what your account is for? That's just old-fashioned and purposeless!
That's why I'm very reluctant to go back to this particular branch and I usually check all the other options before doing so.

Service is always ridiculously slow, always na queue outside. Click and collect means reserve online and still queue to wait for your parts to be picked.... Autoparts in Aberdeen is similar price and no queues

Unbelievably poor customer service. Ordered an item click and collect. No information when the advertised collection time passed. Order tracking on their website didn't work. Online help desk kept me on hold for over an hour then could not have been any more unhelpful, told to contact the shop as they do not deal with click and collect. Shop will not answer phone.

Very Helpful and Friendly staff over counter and phones. always beat the online price, very fast and quick turnover of parts considering the volume of parts that go through the place!
The guys on the phones know exactly what they're talking about and will jump through hoops to get the correct parts for your car!
Fast delivery service as usual, will use them for years to come!

Staff in euro car parts are stuff of legends. Can’t help you enough and I have NEVER had any order late or wrong. Prices are incredibly competitive.

Never had an issue with their services. Always have products in stock, if not in a few days they will receive them. If you have a rare car, you might not be very lucky, but you can give it a try. I presume most garages are buying from them and then charge you extra, had one experience that confirmed that. Staff was helpful and if they don't have the stuff, they tell you straightaway or let you know what are your options. Try to buy online, is sometimes cheaper if you have received promotions or codes, but make sure the stuff that you buy fits your car or you know what you are buying.

It was ok, my son ordered a part online and I went in to pay for it n collect it. The staff were friendly enough but it did kinda remind me of a Argos for car parts, not that it was a bad thing. I paid for it and waited for someone to come from the back with the part, check my receipt n off I went.
