Decent place. Parts are usually cheaper than alternatives, you get what you pay for ( parts are slightly lacking but it's reflected in the price.
They have not been able to supply me a singe Japanese or Korean part so I don't know why they advertise they stock it.
Like most places, usually as expected service, sometimes their is a bad day.

Only reason for 4 stars is the parts availability and returns if you order a wrong part.
For customer service at the counter, its horrible. Most of the times i think that im invisible, dont even get a response for a “hi”. Guys keep yapping with eachother and say shocking and horrible things about customers when they leave the shop. I wonder what they say about me when i turn my back. Only one customer assistant knows his job and he is the young polish lad apart from that you have employed a bunch of d*%$heeds with no respect for others or just simply eurocarparts dont pay them well enough. And just for the record im not polish.

Seriously need to get their act together. On a few occasions I have spent close to or over an hour to get parts. By no means uncommon to see people in the queue turn round and walk out as service is so terribly slow. I only go if I need something immediately or I'll save the hassle and mail order it from another company/ eBay

Extremely slow to serve. Multiple customers left due to slow service. Only 1 person serving even though another member of staff was just stood doing nothing. Chose click and collect online but when arrived had to wait 30 minutes for them to get the order looked out.
