Today i had the pleasure of being here and after speaking with the person at the desk the jumped up boy thought it was great to make me wait 40 minutes for oil that was on the shelf when I asked what was going on 5 minutes before closing the same boy then said you should have told me I said I spoke with you its on your system and should have told you.. He then said I could go and get the oil off the shelf and then I was sworn at twice by the boy lovely.

One assistant was helpful, the other wasn't.. Rather than offering useful information he spent most of the time telling me " build a time machine... That's the price you pay for loosing your wheel nut key...". Don't recommend.

Very nice staff, attentive, asking questions to make sure you are on the same page about parts you want, and service is quick too, approx 15 - 20 people at desk when I went in, I got my product after a 10 minute wait, thanks guys brilliant ????

There is no need, when you have to POS Terminals. As for the Minions that pick the orders, damn the are slow. Average wait is around 15/20 mins. Seriously ?

Amazing prices and range but it's all let down by thee worst customer service on the planet.
Normally 1 staff member Manning the desk with loads of people waiting while around 6 can be seen chatting in the office behind him.
A trip to Euro car parts is never a quick affair.

Used this depot a number of times and always found very long waiting times and even when doing click and collect a horrendous service is experienced. Today's visit found the customer before me jokingly told to drive to Dundee and back then his order would be ready. Unfortunately it turned out not really a joke !!!!! Says something when the staff makes these sort of comments.

Absolutely useless upto 45 min wait to be served to get the wrong parts and another 80 mile round trip needed to get the right parts staff have a terrible attitude was once told my parts were looked out in the warehouse but guy refused to go get them as it wasnt his job terrible attitude

I purchase a lot from Euro Car Parts Aberdeen and think it's time to give an honest review based on my experience there.
1. Be prepared to wait! I don't mean 10 minutes, try 20 - 30 minutes, every time I go there customers are waiting long periods and there is often only one person at the desk helping.
2. If orders are placed online, why does it then only get sorted and collected from the shelf taking a long time when I arrive to collect it? Can this business not learn from other successful businesses like Screwfix and have the items picked and ready for collection when you arrive at the store? Please, help the customer and yourself, learn how to improve and implement best practice.
3. Why do the staff walk around the store looking lost/confused and at times frustrated? Management, get a grip and guide your staff to become productive and gain job satisfaction in the process!
4. Listen to your customers, implement improvements as a priority.
5. A big thank you to the proactive staff who want to help customers , you know who you are, we do notice.
6. To the Boss man, packing trinkets on shelving in the front of store is not your place, you are not paid the big bucks to do that. Your the Captain of that ship, learn the art of delegation and do exactly that! Your staff don't do your job, don't do their's! Get a grip and be the leader you are paid to be, if you have the ability.
7. Euro Parts Head office, take interest in this branch and keep a close eye on it, much can change and be learned from it.
