Paul and the Team at Motofit fitted a towbar for a bike rack (provided and assembled by them) for my BMW 4 series. The work was excellent, and they went above and beyond. The customer service I experienced, gave me total confidence in not only the workmanship, but their commitment to ensuring I was happy. They went through a full demonstration of the detachable towbar, and the correct fitting and use of the bike rack. I've used the bike rack several times already; and I'm very satisfied with the purchase; I would strongly recommend Motorfit.

Paul and his team where very helpful and knowledgeable. Their customer service is second to none and they will do anything to make sure the customer is happy! They went the extra mile to make sure i was so I can only sing their praises.
It’s rare to find honest companies like Motorfit as most others are worried about their bottom line rather then customers. Recipe for disaster I think.

Motofit are a brilliant company to Deal with, especially Paul. He has been extremely helpful from start to finish, the customer service he provided is some one the best I've seen by any company. I had a stereo fitted, but no quite as simple as it sounds and Paul, rang around several companies ensuring me and him got all the correct parts. He kept me informed and met all times scales and budgets for build. Would highly highly recommend. I will certainly be using Paul and Motofit again. Couldn't be happier.

Wanted an audio upgrade and Paul was honest with his advice and much much cheaper than the competition. I thought there would be a catch but there wasn’t ! Polite service, great communication and a pleasure to use. Not only that the system fitted IS amazing for half the price of other quotes! We hitched up our new car and caravan with it's recently fitted towbar. We hitched it to our caravan and tested the electrics which worked perfectly. We headed up the road towards Lytham and and then stopped to check the lights etc again after half a mile. Only the rear indicator on the caravan worked. In panic we phoned MotorFit who asked us to bring the whole rig in to Loughborough. They found the fault which was a fuse in our car's fuse box. It took them an hour to sort out. They could have said 'sorry mate we're busy' which they were come in a few days. But due to their kindness, I am now in my caravan by the seaside. Thank you so much.

5 STAR RECOMMENDATION!!
I was trying to fit new stalks on my Scirocco by myself, 3 hours trying to get the airbag off with no luck. I was on my way back and I stopped at MotorFit thinking that maybe they'd have a tip.
Not only did they have a tip, but they just did it on the spot for me! Took them 5 minutes to help a car DIY enthusiast carry on with his work.
THAT is service; not here just for the money, but to help people out after they thought that it was over. You cannot always get the result you want, but this kind of generosity and attitude goes a long way! Made my day, literally :)

The whole process from advice on what to fit, the tidy installation, instructions, and then aftercare have been fantastic. This is the second time I've used Motorfit. The after sales care is particularly good, they are genuinely concerned that the customer gets the product he / she wanted and that it is working correctly. In my case, technology let us down, not Paul and Luke at Motorfit, and they were quickly onto it and provided an alternative product with no extra charge for a new installation. Paul's top concern was to ensure that I got the product that did the job I wanted it to do. I would recommend this business to anybody.

I bought a DAB radio, to replace the factory-fitted unit in my car. I didn't mind buying the kit from "a well known national chain", but I wasn't comfortable with letting them fit it, because I wanted personal service...
An internet search for installers in Loughborough revealed MotorFit, and I'm glad that it did. Paul obviously knew what he was talking about, and answered all of my questions in a language that I could understand. He fitted the new radio while I wandered around town for a while, and I am very pleased with the results. I am comfortable that MotorFit would address any issues if there had been any, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there if I needed similar work done in the future.

First heard of Paul through a friend when I needed a towbar fitting to my tiguan , Paul did an excellent job at a great price . He upgraded the electrics when we changed our caravan (7pin to 13) and also fitted a towbar to my next car (VW TOUAREG) i'm looking at the moment to change for a newer TOUAREG and if that doesn't have a towbar I'll know who to call, great efficient service and not a bad price too.
