Went into Zara first time in 5-6 years I saw a jacket I really liked but being 6’4 I wanted to know if it fitted change rooms closed due to covid but as it was a jacket thought it’d still be okay but a rude staff I believe Spanish due to accent was shouting at me for it. If I brought it I was still able to return same day so made no sense. Lost a sale from me never going again. Poor customer service and needs more clear notice about trying on clothing!

Lovely array of home ware. It’s a lovely aroma as you walk in. You try to buy the reed diffuser that you think is the one you can smell, but I think it is a mixture of all of them! Staff are helpful and friendly. Only strange thing is that cushions are sold without the filling.... you have to pay extra if you keep the filling.
They seem to get new things in regularly and are quite helpful if you need to order something in.

It is a trendy fashion shop with a lot of choices there. You can find everything you need for all your family members. The most important thing is the price is more reasonable than the high end fashion shops. You can also shop on line and collect at the shop. However, I think it is a pleasure to shop in the shop itself as you can try all the styles you want and touch/ feel the fabric of all the products.

Extremely poor service from Brighton Zara today. I tried to return an item that was slightly outside the standard return date. I was abroad and unable to return the item earlier, as I explained to the staff. Store staff were completely inflexible unlike Timberland who happily refunded a purchase in a similar situation today. I was also passed to the telephone customer service team who showed no interest in helping and stated that no one in Zara could authorise a refund outside the return date. Really?
Such strict adherence to policy leaves a really bad customer experience. I’m now left with a bag I don’t like and don’t want. Given this poor experience I’m unlikely to purchase again from a store I use to like. Is this really the outcome Zara would want? ... The refund value bring a fraction of my lifetime value as a customer.

I've been in Zara in Italy, Naples. In Chicago where I used to live and in Brighton that I consider well assorted. I love perfume. Zara have a lot of amazing fragrance. I couldn't help it to buy almost the entire collection. I found it in this shop. I strongly recommend.

Lovely displays, staff fairly friendly bit would prefer if they didn't speak Spanish to each other while serving me. It's just rude! Prices have started going up so not as good value as it used to be. Still very trendy though.

My daughter wanted to have a look in this store, l have never seen or heard of ZARA, In my mind i'm thinking ???????????????? HO my God this is going to cost, To my Surprisingly great value , walk out of the shop with more gear then she did and still had money in my bank account which is unusual when I go shopping with my daughter. Will shop there again ????.

Spent 79.99 on a jacket, tried it on at home, two pressstud buttons immediately came off. Will be returning. What about quality control? This is Primark type quality at higher end prices. Haven't even taken the label off! Luckily still have the receipt.

This particular shop let’s Zara down. Somehow the staff and their treatment of the clothes (roughly slinging the goods around as if they are worth nothing), and also the ambience of the shop doesn’t feel like a normal Zara in London. It doesn’t feel very fashionable despite being a Zara. It feels like a discount Zara - you need to visit to know what I mean. Zara - you need to get your regional manager to keep a closer eye on this store.

Needs a bigger store really considering how many sections are cramped together. No room for pushchairs or disability motors. Beautiful service and beautiful items to buy. Not enough staff though. AND NO SEASIDE ITEMS!! People need more room to avoid knocking shelves/items off.

Actually awful! Been trying to ring their phone for the past hour for noone to be answering. And now the last 3 times I've rang they've picked up the phone (I can hear the noise of the shop) to slam it quickly back down again. So rude and unhelpful. Why have staff that arent willing to help.

The store has lots of choices for women and kids clothing and big open space to walk around.
However the customer service is barely to non existent and worth than Primark.
The staffs seem to be unhelpful and rude at time if you ask for help. They even speak in Spanish to their member staff while serving you. Very unprofessional and rude. Manager need to address this!

Love Zara & the Brighton shop is great. Its large enough to keep a huge amount of stock & there is always something new & the prices are good. It is so popular they could do with a few more changing rooms and tills as there is usually a queue to try on the clothes & purchase your items.
