Beautiful Unique items, we ordered online and delivery was fast with everything safely packaged. Papillon were even thoughtful enough to include some extra tea lights for our present! Very happy

I love this shop - so unique. Have bought some items during lockdown. The service has been excellent. Fast and very well packed. Can’t wait for it to open again but in the meantime fully intend to carry on supporting through purchases during lockdown. Good luck Papillon Living.

The staff here are pretty good, quite helpful without feeling like you're being forced up however the quality of some of their products are questionable. I bought an item here a while ago which I subsequently took back, though when I took it back they had no stock left. I was told by the owner that he would call me to exchange when new stock came in but they call never came.

We went into Papillon and really like one of the fragrances but sadly they did not have it in stock but the service from there was fantastic.
The moment it came in they organised one to be set aside and then arranged free delivery to my work in London and kept me informed as to when this would happen.
Very impressed in the age of mediocre customer service that firms like Papillon buck that trend.

Got through Christmas - thanks to Papillon - great gift ideas all year long - have bought many a wedding/birthday/for the home - gift in this store - staff are always very helpful and go out of their way to with packaging and wrapping items - a really special Brighton store.

Every Saturday's a treat if I can steal fifteen minutes to pop in this beautifully merchandised boutique, tucked down a cobbled street near Dukes Lane. What a treat for the senses. The owners are so relaxed, friendly and professional. They listened to exactly what I wanted, patiently let me smell almost every floral fragrance available and sold me the most divine and perfect Lubin. They're the only retailer outside of London to stock it. A very special place.
