If I could I would class this as unrated. Due to budget saving, many roles within this organisation have been combined to make 1 position which usually creates a more demanding job. From experience, I must say staff are overworked, underpaid and discriminated in many ways including, race, age, gender, religion and sexual orientation. Salary expectations are never met unless you are a corporate director, EA or PA. I was earning peanuts compared to other staff within the company,. Forget saving money! Sadly, I barely managed to scrape off paying my rent, and somehow food and travel let alone anything else. When I compared my salary/responsibilities to that of other roles in different company they were increased up by at least £8,000 if not more in some cases I have seen up to £12k difference. Not worth working in charity/non-profit generally speaking but ESPECIALLY not THIS charity. Just a bit of advise if you are looking for roles within non-profit sector...
