Douglas & Gordon were extremely efficient and professional in helping us find a house to rent in the Battersea Park area, and stood out above all other agents we’d registered with.
Annabel clearly grasped exactly what we were looking for and provided some great options at different price points, and arranged viewings promptly. The personable approach, regular contact and willingness to converse with the landlord on our behalf proved extremely effective, and we felt she and D&G played a big part in helping us find a great property.
A really pleasant experience, will definitely be going back next time we look to move.

I had used a couple of estate agents to try and sell my property before moving to D&G and they were the best by far and managing to sell my property! There were a couple of blockers faced during the sale process, however Tom and Georgia couldn't have been more helpful, always responsive and professional throughout to ensure that the sale went through. D & G Battersea have rented my flat out for over 20 years. I have never had any problems with them and they have consistently given both me and my tenants great service. I have rarely had gaps between tenancies thanks to them, and each time a tenancy changes they take charge of the process and manage the whole transaction smoothly. I highly recommend the whole team and thank them for being so professional, friendly and brilliant!

I have been renting in London for 8 years and until now, have never encountered such a professional, responsive and outstanding overall agency. D&G were incredibly helpful with our search, understood our needs and found us the perfect home to rent. More importantly, the whole team was extremely professional and supportive- we really felt like they cared about us.
I'd like to highlight Emily Shakesby, as she has been exceptional throughout this whole process. She was incredibly responsive, understood our requirements and helped us with everything we need. I want to congratulate Jonathan, her manager for having such an excellent team- Emily is a great salesperson, personable but not sales-y, convincing and persuasive without being pushy or annoying.

Katie Quartermaine helped me locate the property I have now purchased and was very supportive the whole way through the process. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect and was very grateful for Katie's guidance as difficulties cropped up in the sale. She kept everything on track and was very responsive in answering my questions throughout the whole journey and couldn't have been more helpful in acting as an intermediary between me and the seller.
