Her advice and patience was greatly appreciated when trying find a new tenant at short notice, as was her good humour and positivity!
Torie always responded promptly to all our questions, kept us fully apprised of all that we needed to do and generally held our hand when needed!

Will Hunter could not have been more helpful in the purchase of a flat in Battersea. He guided us through the process very calmly and whilst being in close contact throughout the process, we never felt we were being pressurised even having agreed a quick completion date. If you are looking to buy in the Battersea area, Douglas and Gordon have an excellent selection of properties and their efficient and friendly approach is much appreciated.

Kesha and her team were a dream to work with on the sale of our property in Battersea. Despite being a challenging sale, Kesha never lost her positive attitude and remained very communicative with all parties throughout the entire process. Douglas and Gordon was not the cheapest option available to us, but you get what you pay for and they certainly earned their commission through all their hard work!

In my experience Douglas and Gordon provide an excellent service in both the sales and rental departments. I found my flat through them, then I let it through them and eventually I sold it through them. They are extremely helpful and give a personal service, keeping in close touch to report on all viewings and ready with help and advice whenever it is needed. My sale became quite complicated for various reasons but they really went the extra mile in helping to ensure that it reached a successful conclusion. I would definitely recommend them.

It’s not about Douglas and Gordon Battersea only. It’s about Will Hunter at Douglas and Gordon.
We have been “house-hunting” for 6 months and we dealt with a lot of real estate agents from several companies.
Will is different. He is polite, courteous and very professional.
He was always approachable and ensured the transaction ran smoothly, establishing a positive link between the previous owners and us. He facilitated all sort of last minute requests, providing a high standard of service.
We hope we don’t have sell the property we bought anytime soon, and if we do so, we’ll probably look for Will Hunter to market it for us and manage the negotiation.

We were moving to London from abroad and she regularly e-mailed updates with new properties that were appropriate for our needs, meaning that we had very little time from arriving back in the country to moving in. Best experienced I have received.We were looking for a place to move into before we go on holiday this july and we are desperate to find a place we want and we did find a place from douglas and gordon.We meet up one of the agent named Victoria and were surprised with the service we get.It is done within a week.Not expecting we were able to move in that week.Victoria who guide us through all the processing done a very good job so we can move in that wkend was amazing! Not expecting a fast service from her.Have spoken to her if we have a chance to move in before we go on holiday and she said she will do her best and she did!! Thank you very much.Would recommend her to anyone looking for a place.Shes not even in for work that weekend after we have put an offer and she has done us a very good service.Appreaciate her help very much.

We had been searching for a flat to rent in Clapham for a long time and Emily (from the Battersea team) has been the most responsive, friendly and helpful estate agent I've met. She sent us properties she thought we would be interested whilst also being honest about properties that she knew wouldn't suit our needs.
