Affordable, efficient, comfortable flat in a safe and convenient location. I always prefer a place with at least a kitchenette, but the multitude of cafes nearby made it easy to find quick bites. My daughter and I especially enjoyed the easy access to transit that got us to all the sights.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from food / bar area or shopping centres. The kitchen is huge and the bed was very comfy. As mentioned in previous reviews, the place is rather strangely designed with the toilet being such an open area, but that did not bother us.. Highly recommended.

We had a fab stay in this great place! The location is very handy for seeing the sights of Edinburgh as well as being a 15 minute walk from Waverley station.Don’t forget to touch the nose of Greyfriars Bobby for luck each time you pass him at the top of the road...

The flat is in an ideal location, very close to the underground and numerous bus stops. There are lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. I'd recommend this as a flat for a couple.

The Chelsea, London apartment we stayed in was spotless and the GuestReady host team was very quick and clear with their communications! We hit a snag with getting our keys at the start of our stay, and everyone we interacted with about it was helpful and apologetic. Highly recommend!

Sam and Rosie's place was absolutely amazing. Prime location; amazing, modern, and well-equipped flat in a beautiful building. The tram stop was literally across the street. Everything felt so luxurious -- it was definitely one of the top Airbnbs I've stayed at. You do have to walk up two flights of stairs in order to access the flat, but this wasn't a problem for anyone in my party. The flat has a great view, but you are definitely able to hear noises on the main street and the tram going by at night. Again, this didn't pose as a problem for anyone in my party -- I rather enjoyed the ambient noise myself -- but you may want to bring earplugs if you're noise-sensitive. A pro tip: if you need to store your luggage somewhere because of a late flight on the day you check out, try this: we stored our luggage at a hotel literally across the street from the flat via a website called Stasher. £6 a day per bag. We had a great experience and it was super convenient.

It has been one week since we have departed our stay at the property Guest Ready Manages. We experienced some major issues during our stay, which after numerous attempts, and requests for assistance not one single item was repaired. It was as if Guest Ready has no control over managing any maintenance issues. Nor do they have any support from the property owner to gain access to the closet to turn on the heat for the unit. This was inexcusable, Guest Ready needs not manage properties they cannot maintain and support. Guest Ready had ample time to address these issues, and they failed at providing the most basic level of customer service. It all started the first day of our stay with the Heat in property not working, then the Washer Dryer broke, then the hot water shut off, and the shower in the Master Bedroom was broken. Our 8 Night stay was horrible: • 8 nights NO HEAT - Owners had the heat turned off • 8 nights No Washer Dryer - Door would not open • 8 nights NO USE of Master Bath Shower - Broken Shower head • 3 nights NO HOT WATER - Which I had to fix by opening the hot water valve. NOT ONE ITEM WAS REPAIRED OR FIXED BY GUEST READY!!!! I will never stay at a Guest Ready Property, and would advise travelers to do the same.

Booked a month in advance, but on check in day (and at 4pm!) they cancelled my booking due to "overbooking". This was supposed to be a whole house for my family so how could they have overbooked? This meant I had to frantically look for alternative accomodation at 5pm for checking in 6 people that same night - clearly not easy. Don't book unless you want to risk being let down and frustrated at the 11th hour.
UPDATE - I forwarded you the booking confirmation a couple of days ago and am still awaiting a response?

Worst property management company ever. STAY AWAY. I booked a property managed by guest ready for my in-laws who stayed in London for 4 days for Christmas. When we arrived at the property we noticed that the place hadn't been cleaned from the previous customers. GR didn't manage to send a cleaning team and didn't answer our calls on the day. We were left with no other options but to go to a hotel instead. The next morning GR eventually told us that a team of cleaner would come at the property in the early afternoon but no one showed up and once again they didn't answer our call to give us any updates. At that point we eventually decided to stay at a hotel for the rest of our trip. Last but not least they refused to reimburse us for the 4 nights that we had to pay in advance. We were told that they would only compensate us half of the cleaning fee... STAY AWAY

NOTE HOW ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS BELOW ARE FROM HOSTS, BUT NOT A SINGLE GOOD ONE FROM A GUEST... This agency proved to be a total scam when they were supposed to manage our Airbnb stay in Manchester (yes, they manage this from London). First of all nobody came to receive us at the property. After trying to contact them for a while they infomed us that the reservation had been modified and now we couldn't stay at the property, even though it had not actually been cancelled or refunded and we were already at the door of the property. After arguing with them for a long while they gave us the option to book a different appartment via a 3rd party website and without yet having cancelled nor refunded the previous reservation. It was a very unprofessional and stressful experience so if you're a good host, I wouldn't let this agency run your property bookings.

Awful, awful experience. Still bring harassed for money for damages we didn’t cause 2 weeks later. We’ve even been able prove 3/4 accusations were false so now they are clutching at straws and trying to charge me £20 for leaving some bagged up rubbish next to the bin... bullies who are trying to make some extra money :(
