I recently took part in a one day training course with Tom and Dom. It was good to receive the training face to face and the environment felt very safe.
Tom and Dom were excellent throughout the day, helping me to get comfortable and giving me useful feedback to take away. They were knowledgeable and professional.
It was a hybrid session, with one participant accessing the course remotely. The use of technology to include the virtual participant in all aspects of the training seemed very good.

I recently did the two day Presentation Skills course remotely with Bill and James. Although, to be honest, I was dreading it a bit, I actually really enjoyed the two days.
Bill and James put us at ease and were really understanding of each of our individual circumstances - our goals, needs and fears. I particularly appreciated the focus on our strengths and building on them, rather than pointing out weaknesses. It made the experience very positive. They were knowledgable and professional, and I left the course with plenty of actionable tips and feeling much more confident to present.
I also had a good experience in my pre-course interactions with Impact Factory who were very understanding and respectful of my preference to do the course remotely due to the pandemic.
I would definitely recommend Impact Factory to anyone looking for high quality training from a company that cares about it's customers.

I cannot recommend this training enough! I went on a leadership course with Impact Factory which sadly had to be remote rather than in person. But this didn't stop it from being really powerful, I got so much out of it and really felt the training was tailored to me and the others on the course. The course was really well adapted to being remote and the trainers were really knowledgable and able to answer any questions that came their way.

An extremely engaging, educational and empowering two days - much needed time spent to step back and take a look at my own management/leadership skills as well as the behaviours of those around me. Taking the course over Zoom worked surprisingly well and Janet and Ottille from Impact Factory were brilliant. Highly recommend!

I attended the Personal Impact course. My trainers James and Katie were warm, friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and so much more. The use of Zoom was interactive, fun and engaging. Recently attended a story telling course, the trainers Tina and Bill were engaging and brought the course to life in a great manner with some great tips and skills that can be taken back to your desk and incorporate into your day to day. The company ethos is great and support provided has been useful.

I had an open mind when I started as this was held on-line not in the classroom due to the current situation. However, I thought this worked extremely well Katy and Naina were brilliant and lovely trainers and although I have been managing for many years I still learned new things. The trainers are very talented, and as you would expect, tuned into the needs of the people in the room (not just fulfilling a syllabus). Our course had a challenging cohort that ranged from new in their job to seasoned executives. Anne and Isabel managed (with aplomb) to create an open and collaborative space where we learned from them, and from each other.

The trainers, Lesley and Dom on the Presentation Skills Course were wonderful, very friendly and helpful and seemed very passionate. The class was only 6 people which I really enjoyed as it felt very informal and not intimidating at all. Presenting can be nerve racking sometimes but the way the training got everyone involved and focused a lot of the positives of each person's presenting style was great. Thank you for a great day!

I attended Impact Factory earlier this week and was completely taken aback by their kindness and professionalism. I signed up for the Presentations Skill Course with Lesley and Paul - both wonderful trainers with many years experience in acting, business and psychology. There were 6 attendees and 2 instructor, which made for a much more personalised approach. I know that Impact Factory offer several courses to "impact" your personal and profession development, so I will certainly be signing up for another one soon. Thank you Lesley and Paul! You made such a difference and taught me a great deal more about public speaking. 100% would recommend.

The Presentation Skills course here is absolutely fantastic. It's not at all corporate, and they tailor it precisely to your needs. The group size is ideal, and I really appreciated being able to get feedback from the other attendees. It was daunting at first, but Katie and Maria were brill at breaking the ice and building up a rapport between everyone. Couldn't recommend this course enough!

I went along to a Time Management Course with Impact Factory, of my own volition, in order to improve my productivity and reduce my procrastination tendencies.
The course was well-tailored to the brief, and further tailored throughout the day based on participants' goals and aims.
Bill & Tom were fantastic facilitators, ensuring everyone got the best out of the day and keeping both energy and focus high.
I'll be applying my learning to both my work life and my home life, aided by some fantastic post-course material.
All in all, I'd highly recommend Impact Factory to anyone working on themselves or their CPD.

My experience with Impact Factory has been great! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. I attended the Creative Strategic Thinking course - not only were the trainers incredibly engaging and conscious of each individual's needs, the content covered and the takeaways were really useful and easily applicable to my job. It is rare for me to attend a course which I genuinely enjoy, and find of real practical use.

Impact Factory are a professional outfit. I went on the line manager course. The number of attendees (8) was right, so that everyone worked with and knew each other quickly and there were enough varied experiences to make it interesting. The location and facilities are excellent. For the target audience, there was a good number of communication techniques which might well be new to them. For some strange reason they never teach them at school! The practical elements also kept interest. At some other similar courses I have been on, they can get a little stupid and demeaning.
The lack of a 5th star is more related to the lack of business experience of the trainers. Whilst the use of ex-actors is great for the communication skills aspects, they were a bit light on practical commercial experience.

I attended the 2 day personal impact training course, at first I was extremely nervous having never done anything like this before but I really enjoyed it, The trainers Vanessa and Caitlin were experienced and adapted the course to the learners and what techniques would work best for them and made me feel really comfortable,
Since returning to work and using the tools which I learnt on this course I have noticed it has really helped me make the best personal impact possible and a lot of the people I work with have said how positive and confident I am now since doing the 2 day course at Impact Factory, I feel I learnt a lot from this training and I would 100% recommend this course.

The coaching and mentoring course I attended this week was fantastic. This is the third session I have done with the Impact Factory and I would highly recommend their courses. Both trainers find out what you are looking to achieve at the beginning of the session and then tailor it accordingly. I found the key was applying the concepts straight away in the session rather than passively taking in information. The trainers and the course content for all 3 courses I attended was excellent. A worthwhile investment for sure!

Really enjoyed the Time Management course at Impact Factory yesterday. The trainers Asma and Katy were very good, professional yet entertaining. They kept adjusting the course to meet the groups' requirements, constantly shooting from the hip to provide a useful learning experience for each individual. I left the venue strangely excited.... there is a glimmer of hope shining at my own personal work rut, must just learn to say no more!

I had the pleasure of being trained by Sarah Creevey and Leslie Vickerage. My initial concerns (as we all think) was that it maybe boring, or that I would know a lot of the information already. It was TOTALLY the opposite. I was nothing but engaged for 2 days, we had a great training group and I could not of been happier.

Train the Trainer Course - I have been asked by a couple of my colleagues on returning to work "so how was the course?", I normally would reply "yeah, okay" but after attending this training my response was "that was genuinely the best course I have been on". I have run a few training courses before and just wanted some tips how I could be more effective in my delivery. After attending this course I feel equipped with some really useful tips and techniques to attack future training courses with more confidence and to make them more fun and informative for the attendees. The trainers Kate and Sabah were absolutely excellent and created a very comfortable atmosphere whilst managing to push you far from your comfort zone. I couldn't recommend this Company, course and trainers highly enough.
