I was very nervous about my procedure before I went but Mrs Pisal was so reassuring and professional. Such a calming presence and it was clear that she was so knowledgeable about it all. She also fitted me in for a very last minute follow up when I was concerned after the procedure. Overall an amazing experience, so much better than I could have imagined.

I cannot recommend Mrs Pisal consultant gynaecologist more highly. In fact I have already done so. She is very kind and caring. And you instantly feel that you are in safe professional hands. I came to her with a very long complicated medical history. Notwithstanding she had my referral, she meticulously went through my history with me, making sure she she understood everything before deciding the best way forward. I am so happy that I have found the amazing Mrs Pisal who will now be my family gynaecologist.

I have had an excellent experience at London Gyanecology. Mr. Pisal is a terrific consultant and a highly skilled surgeon. I consulted him for a complicated case of uterine fibroids, which was causing me a lot of stress. But from the first appointment with him, I knew I was in good hands. He was calm and patient throughout the consultations, and answered all my questions thoroughly. During the procedure and subsequent follow-ups, he went above and beyond to ensure my proper recovery. I am extremely grateful to have found London Gynaecology and Dr. Pisal. I would whole-heartedly recommend them!

Miss Meg Wilson is the best doctor I have ever been to. I wish everyone cared about their patients this much. I was very anxious about a certain heath issue and she reassured me about every single point that bothered me, as well as did every necessary procedure to ensure my health. Couldn't possibly recommend her enough, as well as the clinic in general. Considering the level of medicine in London, I still can't believe how lucky I got to find this place that has the highest standard possible.

Dr Pisal was very helpful when I came in for an urgent issue. The whole experience with the clinic and with the doctor’s office was wonderful which for me whom not enjoy a visit to doctors in general and also didnt have good feeling with other previous visits elsewhere, yet here, I felt so relax and reassuring to come in and see them each time.

My experience with Ms Bowring was excellent, as well as with the nurses. However, their admin staff is rather unprofessional and rude. They made a mistake with billing so I ended up being chased by HCA to pay for the service which I already paid to the clinic. The admin person was assuring me that she had sorted it out, but letters kept coming. In the end she was sending me rather rude and disrespectful emails, as if all of this was my fault?!?
This made me feel stressed and it impacted negatively my experience with the clinic. So rating is 5 for medical staff and 1 for admin, ie 3 on average.

I cannot recommend this practice enough, from start to finish my experience was stress free, professional and of the highest standard. My first visit to the practice was with Dr Rhonda Fleming where my PCOS was diagnosed and a treatment plan was devised. I was then referred to Mr N Pisal who specialises in the removal of ovarian cysts through keyhole surgery. I had a large dermoid cyst (10cm) on my right ovary.
In our first consultation, we discussed the implications of the cyst and all necessary information was explained to me. It was advised that the cyst was removed. Dr Pisal was able to completely remove the cyst through key hole surgery and save the majority of the ovary tissue.
For such a large cyst, this result was hugely impressive and I am thankful that there are no long term impacts resulting from the surgery. I am now 10days post op, I am pain free and the incisions from the surgery are healing nicely.
The level of care I received was outstanding, and I so thankful for Mr Pisal and the rest of the team at London Gynaecology.

I highly recommend Miss Wilson, she is professional, made having a "smear" test as chill and nice as it could get. She took time to know my medical history. From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke to Dawn, Mrs Pisal's secretary, I knew I was in safe hands! From the point of enquiry right through to post op I was fully supported. Mrs Pisal is an an exceptional person and superb Gynaecologist. Her knowledge, support and advice was first class. I travelled from Wales to see her after seeing two private Consultants locally but neither came close to the service that Mrs Pisal's offers. If you are considering any kind of procedure with either Mrs Pisal or Mr Pisal do not hesitate as you will be in safe 'expert' hands. They are both incredible in every way ! My partner was recommended to Dr N Pisal, a Consultant Gynaecologist.
From the very first appointment he was extremely polite, reassuring, approachable and put both of us at ease.
He operated on her at the Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth, he visited us in the room before the surgery to go through what he was going to do, and he also took my mobile and texted me to let me know when the surgery was over - now that's what I call a personal service!
The day after surgery he visited us again and resassured us on how well the surgery went. After keyhole surgery there is hardly any scaring.
Dr Pisal was recommended to us, and without any doubt, we would recommend him to any woman.

Very disappointing service in this clinic! Impossible to get through on the phone although the website nicely states that calls are accepted 24/7. I had to chase my appointments. Poor communication. The most frustrating experience was with arranging MRI where clinic provided wrong address and no contact details of the imaging clinic. As a result wasted my time running on the streets and trying to find right location - and this is after flying in early morning from Amsterdam to be on time for the MRI.
Please improve your processes including communication and customer care.
P.S. To update my earlier feedback - the clinic got in touch to communicate on plans for improving the service. This demonstrates that the business cares about its customers and wants to improve the service which is a good sign. Moreover I was refunded for the appointment and for the test taken in this clinic. I've upgraded the rating slightly (to be fair) to reflect these subsequent actions.Thank you.

Best experience ever, between London and Italy. Very welcoming environment, I could appreciate machinery were new, not obsolete.
Professionally, great attitude and accuracy from both, Mr Pisal and his assistant Sarah.
Although I was late, they didn't rush the procedures and still Mr Pisal took the time to go into detail and five me explanation for every aspect.
Also the doctor was great in motivating me to embrace healthy habits and improve my diet as its not just with medicines that you care your body.

Mr Pisals care, expertise and professionalism is outstanding. From initial consultations, through surgery and aftercare he took the time to listen, explain and reassure. His manner is friendly and sincere as he explained my condition and the available treatment options in just the right detail and answered my questions happily.
After being told I would be unlikely to have keyhole surgery Mr Pisal studied my scans and was confident he would be able to carry out a laparoscopic procedure. My surgery was a massive success and I was virtually back to normal within days.
My initial consultation was with Meg Wilson who was equally excellent and professional.

I contacted Ms Wilson for a polyp removal and I picked her specifically because I read a testimonial that stated that she was understanding, patient and caring towards anxiety and medical phobia. I suffer from anxiety and medical phobia and for me finding a doctor and staff who not only understand the issues I face but also help me through a procedure while being patient, caring and understanding is the most important thing. I was not disappointed. Ms Wilson was all I needed and mentioned above. Gave time to get used to the environment, the tools, discussed the procedure in details and executed the procedure following all my requests of being informed of the timings and the details and offering all the support and encouragement I needed.
The procedure itself was quick and painless. My goal (as well as getting the polyp removed) was to achieve a positive experience, which will help me fight my medical phobia a little bit more. I left triumphant, happy, encouraged and empowered. I am also extremely happy to have found a gynaecologist I can come back to for any issues in the future.
