I sat my Maths Level 2 exam with Intech Centre and I couldn't have had a better experience!
I am now off to University thanks to them, and this is a life-changing experience that would have not been possible without Intech Centre.
Everyone working there is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I completed my exam in February and it was well smooth. The staff is very helpful. Any enquiry was dealt in immediate effect. Always responding on emails. Also all process till I received my certificates only took me 3 weeks since I sat my exam. Great assessors and always helpful. I really recommend Intech centre.

I sat my functional skills level 2 in maths and English during lockdown. The videos from the centre on YouTube were helpful and contributed towards me passing all exams. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional the whole way through. The process was made a lot easier and more relaxed thanks to the staff on site. Would recommend.

Avoid maths exams online ,the system ,calculator is so slow so easy to run out of time .

Just passed my Level 2 Maths at Intech Centre. Staff was very supportive, they replied to my emails and queries promptly and made me feel at ease even though Maths wasn't my favourite subject. Thanks to Calum, Aida and the invigilator guy who I can't remember the name. I highly recommend this centre for anyone who would like to achieve. Very professional!

I purchased the Functional Skills Math level 2 bundle and passed first time.
The online learning was very informative and contained everything I needed.
Staff were very professional on the day of the exam by ensuring that all exam conditions were met.
I will definitely be using the intech centre to complete more courses in the future.

I needed to attend Maths test as a requirement for University Master study. Enrollment was easy. Information over the phone prior the exam were accurate with wealth of guidance and detail what is the best solution. Times. Deadlines etc.
Attended venue on chosen day. Sat exam. Next week my results came. Collected certificate.
That's. I think. typical smooth way things go here.
If you want hassle free exam/test just came along and staff will be happy to help you.
Test and if you pass depends on you and your knowledge/performance on the day. As they got no control over it.

I enrolled with Intech centre to study functional skills Maths Level 1 and Level 2. This happened after attending different centre's of City-Guilds with no success. On the day of my enrolment i was shocked to to learn that I was going to study some modules first, the go through exams revision and then exam practice before the actual exams. This made me feel positive because it was something I had never come across from the centres I attended in the past. I was informed that I have to attend a minimum of 3 days and to study 15hrs a week or more depending on my availability.
I started the course with functional skill maths Level 1, the support I received from the tutors is marvellous. I could get things explained to me whenever I could experience difficulties, this helped me a lot and made me pass first time Maths Level 1 and progressed on to Maths Level 2 a qualification that I need to further my studies. The tutors are so helpful, friendly and happy to help whenever approached. Of course they can be times when they are helping other students but is understandable when asked to wait. However, they always come back to you. I love the environment of the building, the centre has Ac if needed and the heating at a comfortable temperature for everyone. The centre is VERY flexible, which I like the most. it suits everyone depending on your availability.. It runs Mon-Sat which gives everybody an opportunity to study to better their lives. I love the fact that, the tutors, can check up on you if at all you have not been to the centre for a week and have not explained to them the reason for you your absence for the week. This to me it shows that, they care about their students .
I greatly appreciated the support and care they show us and the ability to make me/us feel good and cared for. I love my course and currently I am studying Level 2 maths and with the support, care and guidance, I feel like they have prepared me for the road ahead in my life .I strongly believe that, I will pass my level 2 maths Exams with first attempt. The centre and all the staff especially the tutors have made a positive difference in my life. The tutor's positivity, encouragement and guidance towards my progress have motivated me and made me believe in myself something I have never had before. Special thanks goes to Dilan, Aida and Tharuni. Thank you, thank you and plus to the receptionist and all staff at the centre as you are all happy to help and to answer questions.

To be honest, I wasn't too sure what to really expect when I began studying Maths at the Centre. Aida, my tutor or coach was very welcoming, understanding and very helpful. Down to earth, even though I was aware how busy the centre could be sometimes, It didn't bother her at all to come to my desk to explain things I couldn't understand and how to go about them. She was a great motivator and I cannot believe that I passed both Maths level 1 and level 2 within two months. Her cheerfulness and dedication to helping learners to pull through are her greatest strengths. Many thanks Aida, you are the best!

I just completed the IT Course at Intech on Essex Road, London. I was very surprised to pass all the exams! I found the online learning experience surprisingly helpful and easy to navigate and very well thought out. It was a good way to learn at my own pace. It was great to be in a group environment rather than on my own, particularly as Intech is multi-cultural, reflecting the diversity of London life and different people's learning needs. It was enjoyable to arrive and find everybody heads down pursuing their courses in a relaxed but serious atmosphere. The tutors were very approachable and very skilled in IT so able to answer absolutely every query. Highly recommend this place!

I would recommend this centre to anyone deciding on taking the courses and exams Intech Centre offers. My experience with Intech Centre staff was very impressive. Staff were very friendly, helpful, made me feel relaxed and confident just when I was about to lose hope and start stressing. From the moment that I entered the centre I was greeted by the staff in a really friendly manner and was immediately made to feel at ease. I was then passed onto an National Career Service adviser who made really listened to me and gave me extremely useful advice regarding my career and how to proceed with it.

I've completed the IT Course at this centre, but they also offer various levels of English and Math. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they were very understanding of my needs. The atmosphere is relaxed and I've been able to proceed at my own pace, which is great. It's also easy to reach by public transport.

I have learned a lot in the short time i have been with Intech Center, i have gained a great amount of confidence in my IT skills and am aware of any potential threats etc and how to deal with them. I have used these skills to confidently use them for job interviews, where before i wasn't too sure. My tutor has been very helpful, supportive, patient and most importantly a good listener. I like the process of the practice/mock tests before the actual exam as it helps refresh my brain and know where to improve so i feel prepared for the exam. The work space in the center is good. I can only request more seating space and work space. Other than that i am a very satisfied student.

Okay, I'm going to be as honest as possible so that I can help people who are about to start work at Intech Centre. I must also say that I will be writing this review as an employee and NOT as a customer (as I have never been a customer at Intech Centre). Also just a side note, if you want to check if the reviews are legit, check how many times has the person given reviews and what kind of reviews has he given.
This is by far one of the most unprofessional places I've worked at. I worked here for more than a month, some of the colleagues were extremely grumpy, unfriendly and unhelpful. My first day was the worst day in my entire work life, I was told to come half an hour early (which I don't have a problem with), but I just waited half an hour for a member of staff to arrive, so basically I came early for nothing. Then, there was no orientation, the person who was there told me to go around and see the place by myself, I wasn't told anything NOT even the basics, such as: where are the toilets and kitchen located, and where will I be sitting. On top of that when you start as an employee you only get paid your travel allowance for 1 week. These guys really want to exploit poor employees, who are just trying to earn a living for their families. The manager was away during my first week, so I thought maybe the staff are acting a bit funny because the manager is not there. But when he came, the first thing he did was he called me and on my work number, I picked up the phone and he started acting like he is a customer, and once I found out its him he hanged up the phone on me. Then he came and sat right next to me and started observing me to see what am I doing, telling me don't say that or don't do that. There is no trust relationship between the manager and the employees whatsoever. They basically treat employees like kids. The staff are also expected to clean all the bins, so everyday two employees go in the building and clear the rubbish in the whole building. I mean come on guys who does that? There was no training what so ever, so how can you expect people to perform if you don't give them training. If you make a mistake, you get told of like a child. The staff are expected to work on Saturdays and half an hour extra every day, but the pay was no way as good as it should be. The manager sits right at the back and has dozens of cameras installed in the whole building, so one of his main jobs is to watch the cameras and see what people are doing.
Also the business is very much like business-minded, so they don't really want to help the customers unless the customer is bringing them money which is sad because these customers actually need genuine help to learn, find a job or have a good idea of what they are doing in their life.
A girl called Dalia was so annoying and rude. She used to swear making the place look so unprofessional.

Just passed my IT level 2 here. The staff are friendly and very helpful, you learn at your own pace and you can attend the centre at times that suit you as well as working from home. If you need IT training I would recommend Intech.
