I have been seeing Rohit, the Osteopath at the Basinghall clinic and he has been great in really helping me manage and get on top of improving my posture and thoracic stiffness, the clinic is very Covid safe, fresh, clean and spacious.

Can’t get hold of anyone calls just go through dashboard! Then when someone did answer he ‘couldn’t hear me - I could hear him fine - to then be redirected to what I started with!!!! Outrageous for a private clinic, especially when people are calling in need a medical service!!!

I highly recommend Rohit Dhillion. I've been seeing him for my lower back, neck and shoulder pain for a few months. He is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and what makes him stand out is that he really cares about helping me become fitter and healthier. This made me want to work with him on my conditions in the long term.

I saw Rohit Dhillon for a bad back. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment, leading to immediate pain relief and set out a good course of action including stretches at home that helped. I really recommend him.

Osteopathy - I have been usuing Rohit Dillon at the Centre for a few years. He is excellent. He explains the issues in simple terms and sets clear goals for the treatment. He has solved all my issues which have cropped up from old sporting injuries to my neck and back quuckly and efficiently. I cannot reccoment him more highly.

I found the clinic easy to find, and the Osteopath Rohit Dhillon is excellent! Rohit really listens and then educates me on my symptoms, he definitely worked creatively to help my shoulder symptoms!

They almost never answer that phone. It is absolutely appalling for a private service. Each time I have to phone 4-5 times in an hour's interval to be lucky to get hold of someone to book a simple appointment. Ridiculous...even a star is too much!

The worst customer service ever. They never pick the phone up. The transfer to their call centre is frustrating as they have no clue. I wanted to make a complaint and bupa asked me to complain to my insurance company. LOL. Thats a bye from me.
I would avoid at all costs.

Awful service
Inexperienced doctors which refuse to listen and do what's right for the patient.
Had a hip labrum tear and the Dr refused to sanction surgery. 4 months later I am finally getting my surgery and since then I have stress fracture down by feet and cartilage damage on my knees.
Management is a joke also.
Avoid at all cost.

Appalling. I have been waiting for test results for over a month now which they said i would have within 3-10 days. The test is for a condition I have a bad medical history with. No one at reception ever answers the phone. I have been calling daily and left many messages. They have not posted, email, called, texted my results, I have no idea what I paid so much money for and still can't get in touch with anyone. Hopefully I have more luck with their Head Office if they don't keep trying to patch me through to Basinghall again.

I have used this clinic for more than a year. Pros: the facilities are clean, presentable, good and the equipment is professional. Cons: the receptionists NEVER answer the phones, its v frustrating. The physio staff seem to always be in a hurry and are always trying to delay the next appointment, probably because in my case the BUPA insurance arm was paying for my treatments and perhaps they were conflicted. I had physio treatment with Mike Tremlett, and even after months, things didnt improve, so I would not recommend him.
