Jamie is passionate about helping professionals with burnout or stress. She understands the impact a demanding job helping others can have on a person. As a colleague, every time we talk about this I am impressed by her passion for helping others and would refer clients to her in a heartbeat!

I have known Jamie on a personal and professional level for a number of years. She has always proved herself to be very empathetic and an excellent listener. By nature she is a helpful, supportive nurturing soul who goes to extraordinary lengths to ensure that everyone in her life is in a calm and contented place. During the Covid-19 lockdown I had been feeling very down and lost. Uncertainties about the future had made me feel very uncomfortable. It felt difficult to continue my work as a Pilates Instructor. However, after talking to Jamie with her support and encouragement I felt empowered and see there is always a way out. I cannot recommend her enough - she is a truly gifted therapist.
