I first went to see Mike back in 2013. He is very easy to talk to and helps you relax with his calming manner. I have since recommended him to friends and family who found the experience very professional and he helped them all overcome their worries. I can’t thank him enough. Having suffered with severe anxiety issues I was at a loss to where to turn! After being recommended to Mike I was a little unsure but I have to say I now am an advocate for professional and competent therapists! He really put me at ease and gave me simple but helpful techniques to help ease the anxiety, and after a few chats with him I felt much more relaxed and I found I was able to manage my anxiety with confidence! I am now on a good path and regularly listen to his recordings when I am feeling low. I cannot recommend a different therapist because after seeing several he really was the best one I have come across.

A colleague visited Mr ward for therapy A pleasant and knowledgeable chap let down by his failure to adhere to promises and time scales agreed with the client . He had to be chased up on several occasions which didn't inspire confidence and my colleague had to dispense with his services .It appears that he takes on too much work and clearly requires a PA to run his business more efficiently

Mike has such a knowledge of anxiety, the service he provided was professional, well organised and his flexibility for me to be able to move appointments for me to fit around my work schedule was such a huge help.
