I put myself forward to be a model for one of Laura's students.
Communication from the start was spot on, Even before treatment I was told about what to expect at the appointment and before and after care.
On the actual day Laura was there by Abby's side through the whole process to help guide and encourage her student in perfecting her new skill.
Laura encouraged and praised Abby through the treatment and it was wonderful to see how comftable and relaxed Abby was learning with Laura.
This is my 2nd treatment and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Xx
