The hen party was great! Our hula hoop instructor was very friendly and accommodating. She really tried her best to make it a great event and put together a well thought out routine and structure to the programme. We’re extremely grateful for how it turned out :)

I have just completed the LiveLoveHoop teacher training course with Jo. It is a really well structured course. Jo showed us how to teach moves in great detail, and gave us methods we can apply to all our teaching. There was also a lot of practical advice on how to set up a business. There’s a course handbook that sets everything out clearly, and that will be my go to manual for the weeks and months ahead. Jo is super supportive and helped us all to feel confident and ready to go home and plan our exciting new hoop teaching adventures.

I've taken LiveLoveHoop hoop classes regularly for the last three years, starting as a beginner and working up to the more advanced classes. Jo is a fantastic teacher. She puts together really well structured classes, breaking down complex moves so they become achievable for anyone. Classes are fun and a great way to keep fit at the same time! I've enjoyed learning to hoop so much that I've also just completed LiveLoveHoop teacher training.

Where would I be without Live Love Hoop - it affirmed my love for hula hooping! Jo's hoop classes are fun, friendly, perfectly paced and you always learn (or master on a good day!) at least one new trick or technique.
In fact, I enjoyed the classes so much that I signed up for a teacher training weekend with Jo last year and now teach my own classes once a week!

We had a fabulous hen party with Jo! She was fun, a brilliant teacher and had us all hooping and doing tricks in no time. The whole group loved the class, and had such a great time with a natural, patient and encouraging teacher. Thank you for making our experience one to remember!

I've been lucky enough to know Jo and learn from here for nearly 5 years now - I've attended her classes and workshops and some of the amazing 1 day events she puts on and I never fail to learn something new and have a great time learning it :) Her teaching style is suitable to all levels of students; whether you've never picked up a hoop in your life or want to master a crazy 4 hoop trick she's always patient and willing to break things down for you and make sure you have a smile in your face the whole time.
I would 100% recommend any of Jo's classes and I guarantee you will have fun, get fit and meet some amazing people!

Although I'd never performed on stage before I decided to enter a talent show contest with my hoop. I met up with Jo and she gave me some great tips on how to create a routine and keep the audience engaged. Ended up winning the contest and bagging the prize! Jo is a fantastic performer and her advice was really helpful, I definitely recommend speaking to her if you need some coaching for being on stage.

Jo was the star of my daughter's 6th birthday party. She kept all of the 30 children entertained and bedazzled by her amazing tricks!! She is engaging and talented and I cannot recommend her strongly enough!

I have been to every BFF, bar one and have always had a fantabulous time. I have also taken numerous workshops with Jo and she is an amazing teacher. In particular, I have taken her teacher training. I was amazed at how thorough the training was; we got hands-on practice and feedback, advice on marketing and how to run a business, and the notes we got to take away with us were very helpful, especially the six-week beginner's class guide. I cannot recommend Jo's teaching training enough. If you want to be a hoop teacher take this course!
