Dreamspin Hoop Dance

Quite simply amazing! As a lifelong hater of sport, I thought I'd try things from a different angle and discovered dreamspin hoop dance. All the way through the 6 week course, Clare provided a safe, fun place to learn this fun and creative way to get a bit of exercise. From on-body to off body and everything in between the whole experience has been a joy. Thanks for your support Clare and I look forward to starting my next hoop dance class.

Clare is an excellent teacher, and having been a student of hers for a while has seen me progress quickly from beginner to advanced! It's a great venue with high ceilings, wonderful music, and Clare is always full of energy and happy to see you. Hooping is a fantastic way to get fit while having a whole lot of fun and making friends along the way. Definitely the best decision I made since coming to Brighton!

I arrived feeling unsure of myself, but soon felt at ease with Clare's reassuring teaching style. Previously when I'd tried to hoop I didn't have much success, but with Clare's encouragement and the supportive, friendly atmosphere of the class I began to pick up the moves. I'm now an avid hooper, it's a fun way to keep fit and healthy - if you're looking for something new to try, and bored of the gym then go for it!

I always enjoy Clare's classes! She adds wit and humour to her teaching repertoire of patience, persistence and encouragement as well as loads of fun and talent whilst you hoop haplessly or in glamour to the funky beats. Just enjoy and discover the hooper within is the ethos. As well as get fit and healthy of course.
