Mallucci London

I went for a consultation on the 3 March. The doctor seems very professional but I have to put this review for the clinic organization and it's not excused by COVID underfunction as most work like this now but respect the client. I respected the rdv they put me and the time, I gave the 300 for the consultation and then I was supposed to receive my operation prices. Instead I received a voice message around 15 March that there's an open hour for consultation which was a mistake and that's human but what I found disturbing therefore I write the review is that I send an email on the 16 March mentioning that they might be confused (all the incident) and I wait for the prices and every logical person would wait an apologetic email and finally the prices (!) but instead it's 26 March and received nothing. How can one trust to be operated in an unorganized follow up environment no matter how good the doctor ? Just wondering.

Stylish clinic with very pleasant and professional staff. Mr Mallucci is an expert in his field as a cosmetic breast surgeon and i had faith in him from my first consultation.

As a nervous patient I have say from start to finish the standard of care and professionalism for my surgical procedure was exceptional . As well as being the best in his field Mr Mallucci is a lovely man and he and all his team are excellent and helpful in every way to make patients feel instantly at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend Mallucci London.

I have done some treatments but not happy with tear through results I still go around with friends they recommend i still need one.. kully is good but some telephone operators r rude dont apologies.

I have had two procedures with Mallucci London. One in November 2016 and one in July 2018. Mr Mallucci was open, honest and considerate in all of his dealings with me. He took the time to answer questions and also explained what I could expect for the procedures and the aftermath, this helped manage my expectations of the work being carried out. His staff, from the receptionist, office manager, personal assistants, surgery staff and nurse were impeccable. Polite, helpful and kind in all their dealings with me. This was particularly true if I expressed any nervousness or worry – they were keen to put my mind at rest, assist me and I felt supported throughout the entire process. I have no hesitation in recommending Mallucci London.

I came to Malluchi London for thermiva treatment. This was my last hope before having a operation. The staff have been amazing. I was made to feel at ease the whole time,before during and after treatments. This procedure is something I wish more women knew about. Tania has totally changed my life. I wish I had found this clinic a long time ago. I couldn't recommend Tania and the clinic enough. I have since been back for various other treatments and everytime and the experience has been exactly the same. Just amazing customer service that makes it feel like more of a family then a customer/patient environment. I would never go anywhere else now. I first met Mr Mallucci in April 2011 for a consultation for a breast reduction. This resulted in surgery which was one of the best experiences I’ve had in life , there was hardly any pain ...... I’ve had more painful broken nails ,and down time was minimal. I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone involved from start to finish and Mr Mallucci is a gentleman and a genius. I am still thrilled with the result and my scars are barely noticeable, every day when I look at my breasts I am so pleased with how they look. I was invited to Mr Mallucci’s clinic last year and it is the most amazing place with everything and everyone on board to help with whatever problem you have with your body or face .The building and decor is beautiful ,restful and very calming but there is nothing to be nervous about in the Mallucci clinic as everyone there are experts and I couldn’t imagine for one second that Mr Mallucci would have anybody working in his clinic that wasn’t as professional as he is . I have been seeing Kully Doug for cool sculpting , non surgical face lift and skin tightening all of these treatments have been wonderful with great results. Kully is very professional and thorough in all of these treatments and we chat away so much that we’re amazed when it all comes to an end . Kully always makes sure that you are comfortable and it all makes for a pleasurable experience. I would never consider going to anywhere else for any beauty needs or surgery as they are the best and if you’ve found the best it’s not worth the risk of going elsewhere . I can’t speak more highly of Mr Mallucci, his team and the clinic.

My last experience was very bad I had appointment on 14th of June 3:30pm for hydro facial, I went 15 minuets earlier to insure that I be on time I’ve been waiting till 4::6pm no idea what’s the problem I asked the staff about “Kully “ who usually do my treatments they replied me that they have no idea why she didn’t still with her patios after a while she appeared to pick up some treatments products I spoke with her “ Kully I’ve been waiting for a half an hour what’s the problem “ she replied me in very weird way “there is no problem jut I’ll be with u in a minutes” without any apologies or given a reason I couldn’t stand the in respectful behavior from them so I left the clinic directly and will never back

STOP YOUR SEARCHING ! ! ! Mr Mallocci is simply a genius. I had previously had 2 breast surgerys with a surgeon not to be named. I was not happy with either of them. I went and see Mr Mallocci he put me at ease straight away. I had my breast uplift surgery on the 27th Feb 2018. I could not be happier it's only been 14 weeks and you can barely see the scars already. I cannot thank Mr Mallocci and all his nurses and all his staff enough they are all very professional caring helpfull nothing is a problem. Even Michelle Mr Mallocci PA is able to answer questions that you may have. So in my opinion your search is over now go and see Mr Mallocci you will not regret it. GOOD LUCK X X X
