This doctor is very professional. She is conservative, thoughtful, careful, asks lots of questions and listens well. Exactly what you'd hope for. She is gentle and says no when she thinks procedures aren't needed. I was seen punctually and without delay. None of that waiting around that you usually experience. I think she is excellent and would recommend highly. Great results, excellent care/aftercare, efficient & easy to deal with. Top marks in my book.

I have now visited Dr Saleki on 2 separate occasions for Botox , fillers and threads.
I’m not one who generally leaves reviews , but having read the malicious comments left recently, I feel compelled to leave an accurate and fair account of my experiences.
The clinic is clean and bright , well equipped and Covid friendly and Dr Saleki always uses the necessary PPE.
During my appointments, I have been treated sensitively, professionally and with respect.
The treatments were completed in the way Dr Saleki explained and the aftercare advise was invaluable. The results of the treatments have been amazing and I can’t explain the difference it has made to me.
The pricing structure is accurate and Dr Saleki has NEVER tried to push extra treatments or services.
I can highly recommend Dr Saleki for her caring and professional way with me.
I find it difficult to believe that her approach to all her clients is nothing but consistent.
Visit with confidence knowing you will receive high end care and achieve great results.

I would seriously recommend avoiding this clinic at all costs. They are rude, unprofessional and threatening.
They state in their responses that they will conduct retouch procedures, however, they don't say they want you to pay for this - around 60% of the original procedure cost.
They've threatened people writing reviews that they will be investigated by the police and stated bad reviews are slander and prosecutable by law. I honestly wish I had read all of the reviews on here before going with them.
Some treatments do not last a long time but on their instagram they say it takes 12 months to dissolve fox eye threads but on their emails to complainants they say 3 months, ignoring the fact the eyes drop back to normal 2 weeks later.
Avoid at all costs it's such a waste of money.

I wouldn't have to come here if it weren't for the lack of professionalism. I paid for 3 procedures and none responded to what is shown in the beautiful instragram of the clinic! It is easy to offer something and not be responsible for the result as the money has been earned. The fox eyes is a real lie, money thrown in the trash
she blocks comments on instagram photos so they don't see dissatisfied customers alerting the next people!

I'm in love with this clinic. they're right in the heart of London with the most gorgeous clinic space that instantly made me feel calm (I was so nervous to have the fox eyes!). Dr. Mahsa is a true professional, I'd heard so much about her from my friends so it was a pleasure to meet her. She made me feel very comfortable. She listened to exactly what I asked her but would guide me too whenever I wasn't sure. The results are unbelievable and she deserves the reputation she has as the "queen of fox eyes". The absolute best and I couldn't recoomend her enough :-)

Disappointing, my pictures are actually on the Instagram page under a cheek and jowl threadlift, the procedure was expensive and unfortunately did not last longer than a few weeks.
When trying to book a follow up which I was recommended to do by Dr Saleki as she was not happy with the unevenness herself; it was difficult, almost impossible to contact the assistant by text or whatsapp.
A few months later when i did finally get in contact with the assistant and receive a reply, she could not clarify to me whether or not I would have to be paying extra in a follow up appointment after paying over £800 already.
So disappointed in the customer service compared to other Doctors I have visited and had treatments with.
RE: The response regarding complaints: as I mentioned, it was impossible to get in contact with you via the contact number you provide and also impossible to get an answer to whether I would have to pay for further treatments at the follow-up. My review is not fake and it is worrying that you disregard any review of a customer's experience as fake because you do not agree with it. I can post bank statements of payment and emails as well as correspondence with the assistant if evidence is necessary.

I've had botox in so many laces befre but it never took for m or at least thats what i was told. the doctor at sas asked me lots of questions and managed to get to the bottom of my botox problem. She gave me the best results that have now lasted almost months. Ill only be going here for my treatments. they are lovely, not pushy and the prices are very fair. big thumbs up

I loved my thread lifts. The doctor was professional, the clinic was COVID secure, all guidelines were in place: visors, gloves, masks, disposable gowns, needles, sheets. The doctor advised me of a type of lift that would work for my face particularly and wasn’t pushy or rude. The price was exactly as advertised.
I was seen within 5 minutes after arriving to my appointment. I was given after care information and spare band aids. I am extremely satisfied with the results! I am sure I will keep coming back to keep the lift in place.
I was particularly happy that the doctor fit in Jowl Lift, even though I only booked for an Eye lift (as the online booking system didn’t allow me to book in both). Otherwise I would have needed to wait a whole month for the next available appointment. Highly recommend. Professional approach and fantastic results!

Amazing service! I was so impressed by this clinic and the staff working there - the doctor (Dr Mahsa Saleki) was such a star and her communication with me was so good. Upon arrival the doctors plaque helped me find the correct dial for entry and the building was very cool indeed. There were numerous signs and protocols regarding COVID-19 which helped alleviate any worries about the virus as expected in a medical building.
The doctor was lovely throughout the consultation and procedure (I had the eyebrow threadlift and tear trough filler) and I just love the results! I was initially unsure what to go for and the doctor guided me well and stepped back to allow me to come to my own decision (and actually advised I didn’t need the nose lift which I was originally thinking of having). I would certainly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have any cosmetic procedures and will definitely be going back again!
I also want to mention that it’s so saddening to see there are people leaving fake reviews but want to reassure anyone looking to book not to worry as my experience and results were genuinely amazing!

I've been seeing Dr Saleki over the past couple of years and she's my favourite London-based aesthetics practitioner. I've had Botox, lip and chin filler from different clinics but Dr Saleki's my go-to for four main reasons: 1. She doesn't push any unnecessary procedures; 2. She's super efficient (thus minimising pain/trauma to the area); 3. She does a damn good job; 4. And her procedures are reasonably priced for the supreme quality of her work. It doesn't hurt, either, that her beautiful, bright clinic is conveniently located in central London. Truly couldn't recommend her more!

My overall experience at the clinic was positive, I opted for the fox eye treatment and found the procedure relatively painless. I do agree with the reviewers who claimed that the results are very short term, my eyes have completely returned to how they looked before and I certainly would not have this done again. However, Dr Saleki was very transparent about how realistic the results would be, she explained the lift would drop by 50% after the healing process. With this in mind I feel people need to understand that the 'fox eye' is indeed temporary, I have nothing negative to say because I was fully informed by Dr Saleki that this would be the case. The clinic was very clean, Dr Saleki and her assistant were very welcoming, and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure.

I had my fox eyes and lower face threadlifts done at this clinic a few months back which were amazing! I look and feel great after so many years. I tried their dermal filler package last month to add a little more structure in my jawline and I now feel like a new woman. The doctor gave me the most honest advice and I ended up spending alot less money with the results I set out to achieve. Highly recommend this clinic

Unbelievable results for a reasonable price! The clinic at Harley Street is absolutely fab with all the necessary PPE protocols in place, which instantly put me at ease. I had the Fox Eyes Treatment and am thoroughly happy with the results. Mahsa is a supremely talented Dr who takes time to listen and tailors her approach to deliver outstanding results.

I booked to have Fox Eyes after my friend recommended this clinic. I was very impressed with Dr. Mahsa. She was very thorough and explained all the treatment and what I should expect from my eyebrow lift. the treatment was completely painless, I healed in less than 2 weeks and my eyes and eyebrows now look so so amazing! would definitely recommend this clinic for honest and safe treatments :-)

Do not believe all these bad reviews!! Dr Saleki is the sweetest and most professional Dr ever! I was really nervous and she completely put me at ease for my fox eye thread lift! And no she didn’t pressure me to spend more money at all like some of the other bulls**t reviews say. In fact she recommended to me to get the less expensive option than I had originally booked for because she explained it would work better for me personally better! Both herself and her assistant were very professional and so so lovely and her work is beyond amazing! I will definitely be returning and if you are considering any kind of treatment from her I would 10000% recommend her ????

Had fox eyes treatment done, firstly this is definitely not painless and very uncomfortable procedure, although I wouldn’t of minded so much if it had actually worked. The results look extremely dramatic at first just how it is shown on the social media pictures. I followed aftercare instructions within weeks my eyes are exactly the same as before I spent over £500!!! Be warned.
EDIT TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER*** first of all it’s my personal choice not to put my real name on the internet regarding facial asthetics that I’d like to keep private, thanks for your suggestion! I have spoken with others who have experienced no results what so ever from your pointless fox eyes procedure. I strongly suggest you stop deleting comments and blocking unsatisfied clients on your social media and start being more concerned over your levels of customer service and offering some sort of good will gesture.

I had a wonderful experience with sas. The doctor recommended a chin filler that really balanced my face. She was gentle and had a lovely touch. Gave me great info about thread lifts but no pressure to do it that day. Generally really chill with a great less is more attitude and that we should all appreciate our own natural beauty as a base for procedures.

This business is awful, please read the ‘fake’ reviews and stay well away! The atmosphere is hostile and unfriendly. The practitioner and the assistant were exceptionally unpleasant. They made me wait an hour in the waiting room before seeing me. I travelled relativity far to get there for them to be disgustingly patronising and judgemental about the treatment I wanted to have and the treatment I had already had at another clinic. There was no constructive feedback either, just rude and condescending comments!! I genuinely felt so uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. Although they say all their bad reviews are ‘fake’, they aren’t! Please do not spend your money there, this business does NOT deserve it. I have reported their website and their instagram.

I thought I was going for a consultation but it was an appointment for the actual treatment, I was OK with this but it did feel a little rushed. The treatment was quick and professional and I liked the results although I had to wear my hair down to cover the small bumps which I was told would go down after a few days. I loved the look and shape of my eyes and by the next morning they were at their best as the tightness had gone,the lumps were still there and I had slight bruising but I just wore my hair down either side of my eyes to hide this. 8 weeks on and the lumps are still there-much smaller and hardly noticeable but they are there and I can feel little bumps under my skin. Unfortunately the fox eyes disappeared 2 weeks after the treatment but my brows were lifted for a little longer-about 6 weeks. All in all it wasn't worth it for me personally as I didn't have the opportunity to show it off in full with my hair back as I had to hide the sides for the entire time my eyes had the effect. I realise that everyone is different and it was something I tried but wouldn't do again as it just hasn't lasted as long as the lumps on the side of my eyes-which is a little disappointing for me. It's not something that is going to work for everyone but I'm not sure how you would know unless you try it?

I visited the clinic during COVID..where a mask & foot covers were provided I had no concerns with cleanliness. The team are so lovely and the doctor really listens to your concerns giving an honest professional opinion. Warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease. Best lip filler results I have ever had :)

I’ve seen Dr Saleki on two occasions for lip fillers and have been beyond impressed with the results she’s helped to achieve on both occasions. On my first visit we went ahead with half ml of filler as I wanted a subtle look and on my second visit I had the full ml done as I wanted more of an enhancement and she certainly did that in a very natural way with zero pain due to the strong numbing cream she uses. Not only did I leave her clinic feeling amazed by her work but also by her professionalism and her incredible ability in being able to adapt the treatment according to my facial structure and the goals I wanted the treatment to achieve. She is definitely the one to go to if you don’t want to worry about fillers going wrong as she works in a manner to tailor to your needs and to achieve the best outcomes, whilst being realistic since one size does not fit all, especially with fillers. I will be going back and I highly recommend her.

After having my baby, I really needed a pick me up (especially under my eyes) as I felt I looked tired all the time. After my consultation with Dr Saleki I decided to go for the tear trough filler. I was a little scared because I've never had an injection around my eyes before, but the Dr made me feel very confident and explained everything really clearly. I could not be happier with the results.

Avoid as as a skilled professional is unresponsive and genuinely does not care for her work or patients. The doctor ignores and blocked any patients who genuinely unsatisfied with the results of the treatment.
My expectations of the treatment where very realistic and minimal. I appreciate the treatment was not to expect dramatic results. Surely some improvement in the treated area expected?
Very disappointed with the service and overall experience here, epecially with the no refund policy which is a tool to protection.

I have had huge expectations and I was concerned as well, because I had a quite obvious disbalance of my eyes (one eye was much more hooded then the other one).
DR.Saleki was very kind, she has a very calming presence, and she repeatedly checked how I was during the treatment.
I must admint, the pull was very obvious right after the treatment. I am now 10 days after the treatment and cant stop looking at myself in the mirror :)
I don't remember when was I last so pleased with my appearance. I enjoy putting make up on again after quite few years of struggling.
Dr.Saleki is definitely my go to specialist from now on. And I'mplanning on regular "maintenance ".
So wprth it!

Please look at their Instagram before booking and if anything looks odd yet all the comments are good know they delete and block anyone who points out the opposite. Usually their nose threads looks decent. Despite the negative reviews I was still considering them. Except two posts on their Instagram, on one the tip looks a bit too sharply lifted that looks bad and fake and another where the bridge has a sharp indent in it that is quite clearly a botched job. I was shocked to see they blocked and deleted the two comments pointing out that it looks bad. For a London clinic on Harley Street I'm shocked at the conduct. The practitioners clearly need further training. Ive followed other great certified practitioners who always post on their Instagram stories of getting further training so no one should be blocked for suggesting it. Be wary!

My experience at this clinic was below standard, this was the first time I had left my house in two months since Covid19, so I was very cautious about cleanliness, the clinic wasn’t up to scratch and the measures put in place was very minimum. Doctor Mahsa and her assistant were very rude and seemed uninterested.
I originally went in for 0.5mil lip fillers, Dr Mahsa convinced me I needed the 1ml in order to give me the effect that I wanted, I reluctantly agreed, I had been feeling low so I wanted something that would boost my self esteem, despite the fact the numbing cream was left on for a while before the procedure, the pain was horrendous, I have had lip fillers in the past and I have NEVER experienced such pain, I’m not sure how cheap the numbing cream was but I would have been better off not wasting time putting it on, it’s been two weeks, apart from my lips being blue, there has been no plumping effect whatsoever, I wouldn’t wish that experience on my worst enemy, I’ve been reading some of the negative reviews, and of course the easiest response for her would be to claim the reviews are fake instead of addressing her customer’s concerns, I will be reporting her unlawful practice, it is very unsafe.

I decided to write a review for this clinic after I saw they were being trolled with fake reviews. Dr. Mahsa is very gentle and very professional. She was very honest with me about lip fillers and what I should expect. She has a very busy clinic but she made me feel like her priority all the way through my appointment. She took her time to fix my lips exactly how I wanted them. I'd definitely recommend her even if she does have a long waiting list, it's definitely worth the wait !

totally safe with everything going with covid. I was disinfected with a spray!!!! never seen that before, the staff sprayed all the seating area after every client and obviously the clinic itself was ultra clean. My teatment was painless and the results were the best I've ever had. definitely recommend them

I went to see Dr Saleki at her clinic on Harley Street which, by the way, is completely covid secure and I felt very safe. I had the cheek threadlift treatment about 6 weeks ago. Over the passage of time the results have had time to settle in and have become better and better. The treatment was a little bit painful during the procedure. There was no visible bruising albeit there was a little swelling but this soon went down. Totally happy with the results and Dr Saleki is professional and absolutely lovely.
Will be recommending friends and family.

Hi,
I got the PDO fox eye procedure done on the 23rd October 2020, which was approximately two weeks ago now. I was very scared as it was the first aesthetic procedure I have ever had done, Dr Saleki was friendly and made me feel at ease however I feel like I was very much misled about the results I will achieve. At first once I got the procedure done I was very happy and it was exactly what I was looking for however I was not told that in 3-5 days the effect of the lift would COMPLETELY disappear, I was very disappointed because as mentioned on SAS AESTHETICS LONDON instagram page; the results last up to 1 year which is 100 percent false information as the results only last a maximum of 5 days and once the effect of the pull has faded away your eyebrows and eyes are COMPLETELY back to normal with no pull or lift what so ever. On top of all that although the effect of the pull fades away completely the feeling of soreness and discomfort lasted for 2 weeks and still up until today i can feel some discomfort depending on the position I am sleeping in, which is not worth all the hassle because you will only see a difference for the first 5 days!
I feel very misled and disappointed as i spent £599 for nothing, therefore I am writing this review in hope that whoever wants to get the PDO fox eye procedure reads this before they get it done and take this into consideration in order to not be disappointed and waste your money and time, and have some threads inserted into your face for nothing.
Ps. This is a response to your message. I have proof of you contacting me with an appointment reminder and also bank transfers which I have made to you on the day of my treatment. If you want to take legal action we can all go there ;). As a ‘professional doctor’ in your field it is your duty and responsibility to not sell people false information in order to earn your living, and I am not a competitor I am just a disappointed and dissatisfied customer who is advising others to not make the same mistake I have made, and letting them know the truth which you do not intend to tell them, as from my experience I have been misled very much. It is not a good look and from your response to my genuine review it just proves that all the negative reviews are actually true!

Not normally one to write a bad review but don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
I did a botox treatment last month and asked for an eyebrow lift.The doctor placed the lift in the middle of the eyebrow so I just looked very surprised. I couldn't even move my eyebrows or the forehead and it got the opposite effect I was asking for. I got back to have another check and complain about this and have tried to get a refund, I have called them they told me that I need to send a message after that I have sent several messages to Dr Saleki but they did not answered. DON'T GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!! They are not even trying to make up for their mistakes. Never again.
