The treatment was painless and quick however the doctor was unprofessional and extremely rude. Her attitude was disappointing and made me wish I chose another place to do this treatment. Honestly disgusting!
The assistant was a piece of gold though.

I recently visited Dr Saleki in Manchester, she instantly made me feel at ease I was very nervous . She listened to my concerns and was very professional. She explained all the risks of the procedure to me, I wanted to get some fillers on my jawline which she advised against and she was 100% right. I had the PDO thread lift it was all pain free and I love the results of my fox eyes. They have healed nicely. Thank you sooo much I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know, and will definitely be using you again soon,

I've been to this clinic twice now, once in March and once last month to have my botx treatment. Both times the results were perfect. I had my top up treatments for free which was a great perk. The doctor is brilliant and the clinic was covid safe back in February when most places were joking about Covid,, now its even more strict which is why I went back after lockdown

Hi,
I believe the positive reviews are clearly fake, from either her or her close friends, my experience with the doctor has been nothing but a headache, she was very quick to take my money when I came in for lip fillers, but as soon as something went wrong, I never heard from her again, this is after countless emails and phone calls, it’s been nearly 3 weeks since I had my procedure and my lips still feel and look very lumpy, I have had to take time off work due to this, I will never go back, I find it shocking that her clinic is still open, I really wish I had read all the negative reviews beforehand!!

This was worse expeirence of my life. I Wish I would read the reviews before I booked an appointment. I waited for 85 minutes for my appointment and noone even apologised . Dr Saleki is very rude. She tried to convince me for fillers although I clearly explained that I am not interested as I am too young for filler. She told me that lots of teenagers are going for these treatments. She kept asking if I changed my mind yet. She was too pushy. I was a patient there but I felt like just another cash cow. She kept saying that my lips are too thin and I should consider at least 1 ml. The Clinic was not clean ( nothing major to be honest but I expected the place to be sparkly due to corona) and the staff was not helpful

I would like to first of all point out that I have reported Dr Saleki’s Instagram account as well as her business to Google.
She is running an unsafe practice with reused equipment, there is a reason why there’s only a mobile number and not a business line, my guess is she moves around a lot due to hundreds of complaints.
I originally went for fox eyes lift 2weeks ago, on arrival I was made to wait nearly 2hours, she didn’t even have the decency to apologise, if it wasn’t for the £50 deposit I paid I would have walked out.
The clinic seemed very unhygienic there was no Covid19 preventative measures put in place, I was skeptical, the treatment was completely rushed, and then after she tried convincing me to get lip fillers, I most certainly refused, I really wished I had checked the reviews, I blame myself for going for the cheapest option, never again!!!!!!
7 days after my procedure there was not ONE difference, I tried contacting Dr Saleki for days, she would ignore my calls, it’s now been TWO weeks still no results, I will continue reporting her on social media platforms, her professionalism is shocking, AVOID!!!

I am very disappointed in the service i have received, the first time I had lip fillers a few months ago everything went well and I was happy with the results,
However as soon as she moved to Harley Street, the communication became shocking, it took weeks for Dr. Mahsa Saleki to even respond to my messages, I finally was able to get an appointment.
On the day she suggested I get the 0.5ml instead of the 1ml, after she finished I asked her to put a little more in, she very rudely said no, it’s been over a week and I have received no results, my lips were blue for days, I mentioned to her my concerns, I later tried to call her to my shock she has blocked me for contacting her, it’s a shame as I would have been a good customer, the communication and level of the service I received was below standard.

I am being harassed by Doctor Mahsa to remove my review, it it carries on I will be contacting the police.
In all my years I have NEVER come across such a unprofessional rude doctor, I’m a nurse who works in a busy hospital and that is saying something.
Her response is absolutely filled with lies, I only just read it recently and I am in total disbelief, I never once asked her to lower the price, that is something I never would dream of doing, I have since had to pay £300 to have my lips redone, instead of addressing the issue Dr Mahsa has blocked me, all the comments on her instagram are turned off which is a red flag in itself,
I really wish I had read all the comments before my procedure, it was an expensive lesson to learn, to all potential new customers, I urge you to go elsewhere for your own peace of mind, if I could have given less than one star I would have.
As a nurse I value patient’s, I would never dream of treating someone the way I have been treated, I am heartbroken it’s come to this but I felt I needed to warn others, please stay safe x

I have had PDO brow thread lift treatment in Sas Aesthetics clinic on 25th Jun. I have been trying to arrange a follow up appointment with Dr Saleki to evaluate my results and contacted with her through several times but she kept ignoring me . I requested a follow up appointment to check my results and she did not reply me back. When I booked an appontment in her clinic I expected a positive experience and a good treatment outcome. Unfortunately there is no improvement on my eyes , whatsoever. They are exactly as they were before treatment.I have been dissatisfied with my result and my problem has not been resolved. I paid her for a service however I haven’t received a proper service from her. The result is really disapponting ,Im not recommend this clinic.
I will raise my concern and contact with 3rd party investigation company about my problem and rectify the issue causing my dissatisfaction. I will also contact citizens advice consumer service department to investigate further. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (England and Wales) says:
If a service was not provided with reasonable care and skill or as agreed, the service provider must put things right within a reasonable time and at their own cost.
I will use my legal rights as a customer.

This Dr is shocking please do not give her your hard earned money. So it was the first I ever got fillers - tear-throughs and cheek fillers in December. So the initial few days she explained I would be swollen so I wasn't to worried but when I visited my beauty therapist whom conducts my chemical peels she wanted to know the product that was use as she mentioned it unusual to still have swelling as such.. cut a long story short the tear through was a really poor job and made have bags underneath my eye.. after to speaking to other Dr's they explained it of poor technique she did not use a canal the she should have being that it was underneath my eye and instead she injected fillers too close to the surface of my skin and in fact is extremally dangerous potentially could cause blindness. I got in contact with the Dr to explain my concerns and she seemed defensive when I told her I saw profound Dr whom explained the above. Beginning of March we booked an appointment for 26th March when it was anticipated that there would be a lockdown ( her specifying the 19th she was fully booked) . I then contacted her on the 23rd the day we officially went into lock down to confirm our appointment is still going ahead providing we are now in lock down and she replied YES and provided her Harley St address. On the 25th I then receive a message not from her but her team cancelling my appointment and it will be rescheduled as soon as possible. I have seen several post of her completing treatments during lockdown and I have not heard a word from her Pleasssseeee don't waste your hard earned money, im disgusted and my experience proves she is not for the customers which is highly important when conducting modifications to the face of body.

I went in for botox, initially the staff seemed friendly however I was charged £210, when I booked my appointment the price on her website for botox stated £160!!! When I asked Dr Saleki about this she informed me it was a promotional offer, however on the website it wasn’t stated there was a promotion, surely it would have been something that was clearly advertised, due to her lack of professionalism and dishonesty I would not be going back, if you do decide to book an appointment I suggest asking about the price upfront, so you aren’t bombarded with lies, good luck.

Stay away !!! There’s a reason why they hide comments on their Instagram accounts !!!
First ,she had no respect for my time had to wait an hour !!!
Now after over two weeks of my so called “foxy eye treatment “ my eye got back to normal!!
Zero results !!!!
What a waste of money !!!
I wish I read a review prior to the appointment!!!
Also please open the comments on your Instagram page let people share their experiences we are in 2020 !!!

Following a lot of research I came across Dr. Saleki as the only doctor in the UK who provides Fox Eyes lift to the brows and eyes. My experience was great. I was able to book my appointment in a reasonable timescale. The procedure was painless and even though I was very nervous I have to say Dr. Saleki looked after me very well with regular check ins and a follow up after 2 weeks which is the recommended downtime. I would definitely recommend her for any treatment.

I initially booked an appointment online for derma filler, I kept checking as it was fully booked up for two months, because of this I assumed the practice was very professional, to my surprise when I arrived for my appointment, I waited 1 hour to be seen, there was no safety precautions put in place, the patient before me had walked out with no mask,
The Dr seemed unbothered and unfriendly, my procedure was rushed, My theory is they just wanted to see as many people as possible and take as much money as possible, I will be reporting this practice as I believe it to be unsafe, I will not recommend it!!!!!

Dr Mahsa Saleki was so lovely. We had an informed consultation which was both relaxed and professional. Mahsa then came to my home and put me completely at ease. This was my first treatment and I was understandably a little nervous. Needless to say, the treatments were so good. I had the non surgical rhinoplasty . Mahsa explained everything and answered my questions . Pain was minimal to none and results were amazing with minimal swelling . Limited aftercare info given but she will always answer any questions
