Nice and quiet library!

Good local library Friendly and helpful staff

Staff are always very happy to help, knowledgeable and there is enough material in the library to rebuild your life or enjoy an afternoon. I was very surprised to find a decently stocked self improvement section, business advice and a range of philosophic and various A / A2 level education study texts.. The books can be taken out and renewed via the self service desks, and renewed from home via their online website. The library can also order in books for you from other libraries and reserve loaned books. The toilets and building are all designed with disability in mind - ask at the desk for the key. 9/10 times I've visited the library has been a calm and quiet environment and there has been a computer available - a free to use computer. They aren't the fastest, but they aren't mind numbingly slow and do speed up with continued usage - though the first few moments of logging in could be better sped up. They are also stocked with Microsoft office, Mozilla firefox and a range of other software, including driving test practice software. You can prebook or just arrive with your library number - which is free to register for if you don't have one (I.D will be needed.)

Very slow computers, problems with printer. Just wasted half an hour doing nothing. If you need to print something asap, I do not recommend this place, I rather go to a nearby cafe and print it in seconds.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Ciekawe propozycje książkowe dla dzieci. Plus za dostępność książek różnojęzycznych również dla dorosłych. Minus dla wolnych komputerów- można się zirytować.
