If you can get over what a rude, condescending and supercilious woman runs the reception, I am sure the service may be very good. We walked out before actually having gone in to our appointment when we saw her being patronising and talking over an elderly man with severe hearing issues.

Had earwax removal, was told there nothing in my second ear Even tho In hospital earlier they told me there is a wax in both of them!? Went to different doctor to clean it properly later and they confirmed there was a wax build up for a months ????

We have been trying to get a repair done to a hearing aid. Unfortunately not purchased through them, so we were not treated as a priority and actually told this by the audiologist! Appalling statement to make to a customer, regardless of whether the purchaser was made there! If you offer to take on the work you commit as a provider. After several visits and phone calls managed to get the earpiece replaced but the synchronisation with the working earpiece could not effectively be set. Complete incompetence. Went to Specsavers audiologists and got fantastic service. Will definitely NOT recommend them as they do not seem to think they have any accountability and therefore takes no responsibility or ownership. Hopefully they treat customers that actually bought from them better. Giving one star as I have no option for ‘no stars’.

My husband and I both had free hearing tests. Paul gave a first rate service; I didn't need aids but my husband did and they've well exceeded his expectations. We both received excellent advice and service. We also mentioned a serious hearing problem experienced by our daughter, and Paul was generous in giving time to talk to us about this. We would recommend him to anyone.

Paul was great and did a very good job at removing my ear wax. I highly reccommend him

Very happy with the service all round, receptionist there was helpful and explained prior to the appointment what they can offer for tinnitus. Would definiately recommend!

Their own leaflet says they offer hearing tests free of charge. Drove there today receptionist said we don't offer hearing tests you have to go to your GP. Hopeless and a waste if time.
