He did an excellent job the first time I saw him in 2018 and last time I saw him he didn't even charge me as it turned out there was nothing for him to do. He is also quick to respond and I have been able to get same day appointments which is very helpful.

I found Matt Pearson via a Google search while looking for someone to do ear wax removal. Just by talking with him on the phone for a couple of minutes it was clear how knowledgeable and passionate he is about all things related to hearing and hearing aids. As he put it, he’s a self-professed hearing aid nerd! At my appointment it turned out that wax removal was not necessary, however Matthew did spend a considerable amount of time talking with me about my hearing aids, how to care for them and how to get the most out of them. I came away with a lot of useful information that will make my hearing experience better.
