I saw Mr. Ferran for a consultation at the Chelsea Outpatient Center. I arrived early and was seen early. Mr. Ferran was highly efficient and knowledgeable, booking appointments for follow up scans while I was still there. He explained the tests he was doing, his preliminary diagnosis, and why he was suggesting follow-up. Also he was thoughtful about which services would best meet my needs for quality and efficiency. Finally, his administrative staff is courteous, flexible, understanding and helpful.

Appointment, and diagnosis was fast, surgery the following week went very well, and now 6 week post surgery I have got rid of the sling and are using my arm/shoulder most possible though without lifting. Allin all a very pleasant experience with Nick Ferran despite the situation. I can highly recommend him

I presented Mr ferran with a distal bicep tendon tear. I was advised I should have the operation to rectify the injury . I was in surgery the next week and in recovery as we speak. He and his team have been excellent throughout the whole process and even answering all my questions when I had doubt about the surgery. I can't recommend him enough

Nick was absolutely brilliant. After suffering for a long time with my shoulder and having contradictory advice from various physio clinics he immediately set up the exploratory tests and explained the procedure I may be having (results dependent). In addition to the knowledge on shoulder issues I also felt he had a greater understanding of diabetes of which I don't always see. I would 100% recommend his services, he makes sure he has a thorough understanding of the patient and their lifestyle to explain the best course of treatment.

I saw Mr. Ferran when I was experiencing serious shoulder and neck pain. He was able to diagnose the problem and offer solutions. Mr Ferran was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated his efforts to explain the problem and offer help. I am feeling so much better thanks to his care and recommendation for physical therapy.

Great experience visiting Nick in his Chiswick practice. I'd scheduled what I thought was just an initial consultation but ended up having the consultation, an X-Ray and a cortisone injection all there and then. I was in and out within around 45 minutes.
The Chiswick premises are immaculate, the staff were all amazingly helpful and polite and Nick was knowledgable and with a great manner about him.
I would recommend Nick and this establishment without hesitation.

Having an operation under Local / Regional was a truly fascinating experience with much better recovery than a General and most importantly, pain free. Nick and team were fantastic and made me feel very comfortable and were constantly checking in on me to make sure things were fine. While this option could make you feel nervous, I can honestly say you are in good hands and you will get the benefits Nick will discuss with you. Far speedier recovery and discharge, no pain and fascinating being in Theatre. The other plus point is that you can discuss your operation / treatment compos mentis which for me helped a lot. Very professional and bizarrely, fun all round!

Fantastic experience so far following my awake elbow surgery for an old fracture. Following a timely and detailed assessment, Nick offered the chance of undergoing an arthroscopy without going under general anaesthetic, taking the time to carefully explain the relevant benefits and potential risks.
I was pleased to receive an entirely painless procedure thanks to the skills of anaesthetist Rony. I was made to feel at ease throughout the operation and experienced next to no post-op discomfort.
Already, I’m experiencing an improvement in symptoms and look forward to seeing what the future has in store.

Frozen shoulder is an extremely painful long term condition, which restricts the shoulder movement. I have tried anything and everything from medication to treatments, and after long months/years of painful sleepless nights and painful exhausting days, it was only following Mr Ferran's magic touch that my shoulder has started to show signs of improvement. Thank you Mr Ferran.
