A huge belated thank you to the wonderful Dr Ana Miladinovic. I'm so pleased with my teeth now. Ana has such a great eye for detail and I love that she is a perfectionist. She was so patient and made every effort to make changes only I would really notice. I'm absolutely thrilled. My teeth have never been this straight and I love smiling now. She's brilliant, super professional - really knows her stuff, AND listens to what YOU want.
Even though she is in Holborn - Central London, the prices were more competitive than my local Dentists. It was worth traveling for. In fact, going to see Dr Ana for Invisalign was the best investment in myself. Don't hesitate! I don't think I could have found better.

I couldn't recommend Dr Ana at Bupa Dental Holborn highly enough. She is an absolutely brilliant dentist who makes you feel incredibly safe and relaxed and in very good hands. She is incredibly thorough and a perfectionist so she really knows how to look after your teeth and gives a brilliant treatment plan which means that your teeth are very well looked after. I have never felt so well looked after as I have here.

I've been registered with this practice for a few years now (3/4) and have found the service to be consistently outstanding. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming which makes each visit a joy. I can't recommend Dr Ana Miladinovic enough. I've gone from a patient with high anxiety & fear to one thats confident, relaxed and proactive about my dental care. I've used the services of a couple of Hygienists as well and they were really helpful and encouraging.

A fantastic dentist practise, I am fortunate to have met such an amazing dentist! Ana is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain, providing valuable advice. Dr Ana has been amazing - I went to BUPA at first because it was covered through work, but have stayed on, despite no longer working in the area because the staff are so great. Did Invisalign with Ana and would highly recommend. As someone who has never enjoyed the dentist, I couldn't recommend more.

I recently used this practice for a long Invisalign treatment and the service provided from start to finish was excellent. All the staff were incredibly friendly and the results were amazing. I was initially told by another practice that I would have to have teeth removed but my dentist at Bupa, Ana, looked into alternative options and managed to complete the treatment without having to remove any. I’m absolutely over the moon with the results Ana was able to achieve and I would highly recommend both her and the practice.

Whilst the dentist and hygienist are very competent, every time I go I felt like I was an imposition on them having to deal with me, and for the price of this place for a basic checkup (I was charge over £100!) i expect a friendly service. Switched to a local NHS dentist and they are much nicer to deal with

I have visited this Bupa Dental practice twice. On each occasion I found the staff extremely friendly and professional. Although the surgery is quite small, the staff were very efficient and made all the experience very pleasant. I was particularly impressed with the safety measures for the Covid 19 precautions. I decided to have Invisalign treatment with Dr.Ana. No pain, clear and easy to follow the instructions. After 8 months my teeth look amazing and feel confident when smiling. Even during the lockdown, Dr Ana contacted me to check how's my teeth are. Invisalign is not a cheap treatment But it was a great investment. Thank you for looking after my teeth!

I had a very pleasant experience at Bupa Dental Care Holborn. Melissa the receptionist is very attentive and helpful. I had a hygienist appointment with Patricia, who was both friendly and efficient. Whilst there were some minor "teething" issues with the hygienist's machine, overall I had a great result and a smooth service. I would come back again :). Thank you!

I have had the best experience with Bupa Dental Care Holborn, particularly with Ana. I genuinely couldn't fault anything about my time since my very first consultation in January 2019 to writing this now a year later.
For someone who was a very scared patient, Ana always completely put me at ease and make my future dental appointments something I didn't ever dread... even the fillings! I had a great experience at Bupa Dental Care Holborn. My dentist was Ana Miladinovic and she is everything you could hope for! Super friendly, honest and happy to provide you with all the necessary information before you put a plan in place. I had an Invisalign for a few months this year, and she was amazing. Aidah is the worst ever.
All dentists and hygienists are good. But the receptionist is really letting down. She was in bad mood. Doesn’t listen to customer, cutting customers words down and spoke for three minutes none stopping and refused to listen to me. Yes there is a mistake need to be done with the system and receptionist is not the one to blame. But how can she not even listen? Keep telling me that she is not paid to listen to complaints????oh really?

I would 100% recommend arranging a consultation with Ana Miladinovic at Bupa Dental Care Holborn if you are considering the Invisalign treatment. I was apprehensive about the treatment initially, but from the first consultation, Ana made me feel completely at ease and took time to fully explain the process and listen to my concerns.
Before meeting Ana, I‘d had several consultations at various central London clinics and often felt as if I was speaking to a sales person rather than an expert. At no point did I feel under any pressure with Ana and after my initial consultation, she encouraged me to take time to think about it but I knew that I wanted to go ahead with the treatment with her and felt excited to get started.
The Invisalign treatment itself is amazing. The technology allows you to see in advance of the treatment how your teeth will move. the retainers are very discreet and manageable. At first I thought it was going to be a bit of a burden, but you very quickly adapt and I liked having the flexibility to remove them if I had a special event or meeting at work. I am so happy with the results!
Throughout the 12 month process, Ana listened to any questions I had and always went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the finished result, I even ended up extending my treatment by a few months to achieve the desired result. Not only is Ana highly professional but she is also friendly and approachable.
Even though my treatment is now finished, I still visit Ana for my dental check-ups. I have recommended Bupa Dental Care Holborn to friends and colleagues as you can rely on Ana and the team for a very friendly, professional service with great results and Dani on reception who is always there to give a warm welcome on arrival :)

I don't understand why I can't provide my dentist's records to prove my teeth are healthy in order to obtain a teeth whitening paste. I like the product. I want to purchase it but I'm not allowed. Instead I have to make an appointment with your dentist costing me £77. Not ok.

Graham Tinkler decided to use his phone mid treatment. Thought it was acceptable to use the same gloves that had touched the phone & his ear to be placed in my mouth. He got aggressive when I asked him to change gloves. Soon cancelled my plan.

I came to the BUPA dental centre Holborn earlier this year (2017) to enquire about Invisalign treatment after reading about Graham Tinkler's work online.
With other consultations at other orthodontists and dental clinics, I was met with either a lot of doubt, lack of experience, or a very bog standard approach without much flexibility on payment or practice. Which didn't really put me at ease considering the universal cost of Invisalign.
I also wanted somewhere that shared my enthusiasm in obtaining the best smile possible - I found that with Graham Tinkler and BUPA dental centre Holborn.
I'd wanted to have invisalign for years but never made the jump, but Graham's knowledge, personable character and dedication to a bespoke experience made the decision easy.
Dani and the front desk staff are also lovely and very helpful - I am now a week or so into my Invisalign treatment and looking forward to the outcome.
