Just had new brakes and tyres fitted and wheel alignment, great customer service from Josh and George. They explained and showed me everything that required replacement. My car feels like new again. would recommend to anyone 100%. They even had videos/animations that showed me how things on my car worked.

This was simply a joy. Never have I been so well looked after by a tyre fitting company.
Attention to detail in their job second to none.
They cleaned rims to ensure good seal. Wheel alignment was carried out in a loaded state to ensure lower wear. Well done

Top service, I'd recommend everyone to give it a go and visit if you're ever in doubt. Customer service was excellent made me feel like I was at home, work was done at a fast pace with high quality standards. I've been here few times now and the quality of work has never reached bellow excellent. Most defiantly will carry on using their services.

Had a big problem getting wheel off to change wheel due to one wheel nut snaped clean. The service was outstanding. Josh spent all day working on it even whilst suffering from a bad arm.
Expected a higher bill but they where more than resnable.
Recomend them highly. Very friendly team.

The best tyre shop bar none. Had 4 tyres fitted on my Honda and nothing was to much trouble for Faz & Josh. Been here a few times now and they are true professionals. Josh even bolted down a loose brake line at no extra charge while Faz showed me the Intricacies of removing corrosion from alloy wheels to provide a better airtight seal. If you want Professionalism, value for money and top notch customer service pay them a visit.

Great service. Can't fault them. They are quite hard with their upselling (of new brakes and pads in my case) and they have sent me marketing material since about MOTs, etc which I'm not a fan of.

I've just visited this garage looking for a valve replacement on my bike. As soon as got in the garage with bike I've got kicked out. The mechanic told me: We don't do bikes go away!
As I opened my lips to explain the reason of my visit the the mechanic without even listening to what I had to say said : you are making me angry now I told you we don't do bikes so go away. Pretty horrible experience for me (a potential customer ) to be kicked out from a business open to the public.
If I ever have problems with my car I'll never use use this garage above for sure ! Really bad customers service , rudeness, no will in understanding customers needs. I'm sure if there was more money to be made for him he wouldn't show himself for who he really is.

It is always a joy to use this tyre fitting depot. The guys working there are always friendly, polite and extremely helpful and efficient no matter if you are buying new tyres or simply having a puncture fixed.

I had a puncture in my tyre so had to have it repaired. I called in the morning the book and they could see me pretty much straight away. I ended up having to come in the afternoon after a stressful day of traveling without my car.
As soon as I walked in, Faz, the mechanic, really uplifted my spirits. He is funny, kind, and a great person that can explain what he is doing without sounding patronising.
Dean, the other mechanic, was also great and together, they fixed my tyre, re-aligned all the tyres, and even filled them all with nitrogen! They explained the difference between nitrogen and air and I though it would be a good way to limit my tyre pumping for a good while (and show off in front of my dad).
Anyway, the whole experience was great: I did not feel patronised, but everything was explained to me in a great manner; we were cracking jokes, and the service and the price were incredible!!! Wish I had gone there for my MOT a couple of months previous. I will do for the next one!
