Easy access store, parking right outside.
Helpful staff. As most screwfix stores is not the largest retail space so can be difficult to social distance when busy. We normally shop late in day so not a problem.

I have been in the Bulwell store various time and everytime I find the staff very unfriendly I know times have been hard with lock down but at the Mansfield and Alfreton store theyre as different again and are friendly . i got served by Ben today who said about 2 words to me when he bought my order to me again i say brought it to me it was more of a case of shoving it at me and after a pause he did say thank you . A tip if you dont like your job then a career change is advised !!!

I used to work here and I can say with all my heart that the manager is completely incompetent. She’s horrible to her workers, nasty to customers and needs a rude awakening if she feels like this is how you treat people. It’s unfortunate because I had some lovely colleagues but she just makes every shift feel like a millennia. What a shame. Good luck to anyone who feels like they have a chance????????

Fairly good array of goods the on line ordering service is a little under polished and when you have to collect the need to produce a photo ID is a joke for silly amounts no other merchants I have dealings with require more than standard ID.

Click and collect should not be offered at this branch. The whole idea behind it is to collect ordered items quicker but at this branch you always wait in the queue so not really a quicker way to buy.
Five stars for the staff, though as they are always helpful and friendly.

Very useful for lots of reasonably priced items with very friendly staff. As a somewhat novice diyer, I sometimes need advice but staff are not product trained. Some staff have more knowledge than others.

They ask you to order online instead of in the shop, I paid and went to collect and then told it's not in stock and to wait for a refund. Staff really couldn't be bothered and were rude. I'll be going tp Tool Station from now on, there cheaper too.
