Michaela was really helpful and friendly getting my order sorted, suggesting alternatives when the wood I originally picked wasn't in stock.

Very well organised, phoned up requiring 2 bags of chippings, the friendly lady gave me a timeslot, pulled up at the gate and the guy kindly put them in my boot. Would definitely recommend this branch.

Visited today to pick up insulated plasterboard and a bag of skim, all sounds simple enough, found that you need to get served by the yard staff load up the van (yard man goes off to serve another customer whilst you finish loading etc) then you go and pay with a slip of paper that the yard staff gives you? I assume I was under surveillance cameras but it would be easy for me to drive away without paying? On a positive note great prices, great products and great staff.
