Still open for both click and collect and instore purchase but due to the restrictions you may have to wait for a while. Limited number of people are allowed in so you may have to queue outside even for collections as their is no separate counter for that. Other than that normal helpful staff

First time in the Basford branch, fantastic staff. Young lass was helpful, unlike Bulwell, who charged me extra for wire due to copper price increase, rather than the new catalogue stated price.
Overall couldn't fault them. I will be back there.

And the guy said" sorry we had no time to let you know " well you did let me know that it's ready so how does that work ???? Not impressed at all
