The lab is so clean, but doesn’t have a clinical feel.
The staff that work in there are so friendly & helpful. They make it a very personal experience, rather than a transactional one like in most other nail salons.

I love The Lab like you wouldn't believe. The idea of going anywhere else literally fills me with dread. I'd rather all my fingernails fall off before trusting anyone else with my nails, that might sound extreme but it's true. Their customer care is top notch, they have the biggest range of sns colours and I have never seen a salon so clean at all times, my nails have never ever looked or felt so good.

A fresh take on nail salons, its clear that hygiene is taken very seriously at The Lab. Even before the 'new normal' - The Lab was a step ahead of the game, with using disposable equipment as well as each client having their own box of tools to be used at their next appointment. Given the current climate, this is a great reassurance! Not only is the vibe always amazing, as well as having lots of colours and techniques to choose from, but the team are always so welcoming and friendly too. I always look forward to my next mani and pedi! x

Managed to get an appointment within 2 hours and they did an amazing job with my manicure. Anna is delightful and very talented. They also have very reasonable pricing and the salon is super clean. Will definitely come back.

Honestly the best nail Salon I have ever been to. The aesthetic is beautiful and clean and Anna and Lisa really know how to pamper their clients! Everything is to a very high and professional standard. They are constantly upgrading their colour selection and the Apres X is always perfect! I would recommend to anyone as there is nothing to fault here!

Came all the way from Toronto! Great atmosphere, very clean with great vibes. Love their aesthetic and the way the shop is put together. Lisa & Anna are both wonderful and great at what they do and also super friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend The Lab. :)

EXCELLENT salon! I have tried many places for a decent SNS and also where you can have a wide choice of colours - the Lab has a great range and they are amazing at SNS, perfectly finished and super quick. The Lab is also a refreshing change to what has become the norm nail salon in recent years, it is clean, bright, airy, not noisy and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Love this place - highly recommend!
