This man is honestly the best hairdresser I have ever had, and I will follow him to any salon that he works at! He always understands exactly what I want and delivers the most beautiful and natural looking colour every time! So happy with my cut and could not recommend this guy enough! Book in with him and you will 100% not be disappointed ????

Cole totally transformed my hair today from grown out blonde, dull and shapeless to a fabulous copper- red textured bob. I absolutely love it and Cole really listened to what I was after, gave good advice and delivered a fabulous colour and cut! My first time at the salon and I loved the relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
I would highly recommend Cole and I shall definitely be going back soon!

I decided to boldly cut my very long hair into a short shaved pixie cut, and went to Kinki Boutique for the first time. Cole made me feel incredibly at ease within moments of meeting him, and I trusted him to drastically change my hair. After years of awkward and anxiety inducing haircuts, this was genuinely the best haircut I have ever had. The service was fantastic and I am so happy with my new hair. Cole understood my incoherent rambling and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I will never get my hair cut anywhere else in Norwich again!

Worst Hair Salon experience ever. If you are black, do not waste your money going to this salon because they will botch your hair!! I asked my stylist how much it would cost to do my hair before hand, she told me x price but then went on to charge me a considerably higher price by the end. I warned her that my roots bleached quickly, but she didn't listen. She was gossiping with what I assume to be regulars and other stylists about her upcoming wedding while I saw my roots getting progressively brighter. My roots were a bright orange, and the rest of my hair was auburn and my stylist tried to convince me that it was because my hair was wet. Even two other stylists at the salon told me that I should ask for her to fix it so I did and one even joked that this stylist was known not to colour hair well!. They still didn't match but it was considerably better and she blamed me and my hair for how it turned out. Come to the end of the experience and I get the bill, which was much more than I was told it would be. I was asked if I wanted to have my hair blowdried for an extra charge and I said no, my stylist blowdried my hair anyways TWICE and added it on to the bill. As I had said I didn't want the extra charge I assumed she was blowdrying it to make up for her mistake and show me that the roots would match the rest of my hair when it was dry (It didn't). The stylist also charged me money for the correction of HER mistake! She bleached my roots too light and so had to dye my roots twice to make them match the rest of my hair and CHARGED me for the extra dye. It is fine if that is the policy for that place but I would appreciate being told that by asking her to fix my hair, I would be paying a lot more than I was told I would be. By the time it came to settle my bill, my stylist had left and the staff told me they never tell you how much your hair will cost before it is done and it was just my word that she said that. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!
I REPEAT BLACK GIRLS DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! YOU ONLY NEED TO SEE THE LACK OF MELANIN IN THEIR CUSTOMER'S TO SEE THAT THEY WON'T DO YOUR HAIR WELL. SAVE YOUR MONEY
DISCLAIMER: This DID happen years ago but it isn't 'fake' and I'm still heated. I went the next day to see the manager but they weren't in and I was convinced by a staff member to let it go and it was my fault as I had been dying my hair black for a while.

Today I have had my hair done at Kinki Boutique, by lovely Cole and apprentice Maria. I have gone from black to brown. My hair has never felt smoother! The service was amazing, I have enjoyed my time at the salon as the staff are very chatty and friendly. My visit has been worth every penny, as not only I have left with a stunning color, I have also had a great, relaxed visit and a lot of laugher! Thank you!! :)

Visited last year and went back when I wasn’t happy having had my hair hacked off (how the correctional cutter described it) into pretty much two different cuts. I wasn’t going to get the cut I wanted from Jason so visited another salon for a correctional cut. All I can say now is I am so pleased that my original hairdresser Emanuele (EX Toni & Guy in Norwich) is now back and cutting my hair as it is finally on the way back to how it looked pre the Kinki cut.

This was my first time at Kinki. Norma did my colour and Jason did my cut. Norma patiently and expertly stripped my old colour and applied the new one. Jason cut my hair and he cuts in such a way you dont even realise your hair is being cut and suddenly it's done!

Cole is a magician/hairdresser!
I went to Kinki Boutique after years of bottle dying and general hair neglect. I turned up with about 4 different shades, none of which looked flattering, striking or natural.
Cole was patient, listened and thought through exactly what I wanted to achieve, he was honest about what could be done and has actually transformed my hair to fantastic in just 2 sittings...the condition is amazing and I feel like a million dollars. I haven't had gorgeous hair for years...until Cole worked his magic!

I walked in to the salon this morning after a disastrous visit to another hairdressers the day before. I explained what had happened to the lady on the desk and that I suffer from anxiety, Cole came straight over and introduced himself and instantly put me at ease. I came back 2 hours later and he sorted my hair out he did exactly what I wanted and made me feel like a million dollars. He is an absolute credit to the company I will definitely be booking in with him again and also recommending him to family, friends and anyone who asks. I travelled from London to Norwich to get my hair done in kinki and I must say once again I was not disappointed. Cole is an amazing hairdresser and extremely lovely person. His knowledge and skills really showed throughout the whole process. My hair was dull and very much dead at the ends. After a treatment recommended by Cole which only cost a small £10 and an amazing cut and style I’ve been left with the shiniest and healthiest hair. I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m sure I will soon be back to get my hair cut and coloured hopefully by Cole. The man knows his stuff

So I tried bleaching my hair, of course it went terribly wrong so then I emailed so many hair salons to get it done for my prom which was only 5 days later. Kinki boutique was the first and quickest reply I got, i went there, they immediately asked me if i needed anything like a coffee etc and the staff are so lovely, they never failed to make me laugh and every so often they asked if I needed anything. I went there with destroyed hair and came out with the biggest smile and the nicest hair. All thanks to Cole for his amazing hairdressing skills and Jason for emailing me so quickly, I'm ever so thankful.

Today I had the most amazing experience at Kinki Boutique. I have had long hair for many years and had been considering a restyle but was so nervous of what would suit me. But I put myself in the capable and caring hands of the Kinki team. A fantastic consultation first then Will gave me an amazing hair wash with head massage. Then Norma transformed me with a graduated bob followed by a new colour by Will again. Overseen by Jason who made sure that everything matched his standards. Beautiful saloon with exceptional staff would highly recommend a visit. I look and feel a million dollars.

Just did my first Kinki Boutique visit today and saw Cole. I followed Cole from Bury St Edmunds to Norwich because he is the only one that I trust to do my hair. He’s been doing my hair for over a year now and somehow, he outdoes himself every time! The ideas he comes up with have never disappointed. He is a true artist and isn’t afraid to take his ideas to the next level! My hair went from drab to absolute FAB when Cole worked his Color magic on it and I always walk out loving my hairstyle and color more than I did last time I booked with him.
The salon atmosphere is so relaxing and quaint and everyone is so nice and helpful! Believe me, you will not regret going to Kinki Boutique and booking in with Cole. He’s incredible!

Honestly has to be one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. I feel so confident with my edgy short cut I feel like I could take on the world! Havent liked having short hair since I cut it, but now debating whether I even want to grow it out. Helped me to love my hair again!!!

I was so well looked after by the team at Kinki; over the course of the afternoon nearly all the staff played a part in looking after me so I was well attended to! Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and there's a wealth of experience between them
Felt really relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience - the apprentice was chatty and deserves acknowledgement for the head massage she gave whilst rinsing my hair!
Allow plenty of time to relax and enjoy; it's not the kind of place to go if you're in a hurry as the guys really take their time to make sure you're happy with what they're doing. Lovely!

I visited Kinki for the first time today after being told by various hair dressers that what I wanted to have done (colour wise) wasn’t possible in my hair. Charlotte advised me and subsequently did my hair..... and it looks incredible!!! Not only that but her customer service was second to none and I felt well and truly looked after. Cannot recommend enough especially if you want a restyle.
